We ordered from this place for the whole office and it was a complete disaster. I would start with the good things but unfortunately there are none to speak of so on to the bad. Out of five orders four of them were wrong and one was completely messed up beyond belief. On the first order we asked for a cheeseburger medium rare...easy enough right? When we received it, it was a tofu burger with no cheese. We called back and explained we asked for a cheeseburger medium rare and their response was, "that we didnt specify what kind of burger we wanted so we gave you chicken"..not too sure about anyone else but a cheeseburger MEDIUM RARE is pretty self-explanatory in my book. At the end of the day they refused to replace the uneaten burger that we did not ask for/was ordered incorrectly....The mozzarella sticks we ordered were horrible and came without marinara sauce, despite it stating on the website that it came with marinara. When we called he said they only have two sauces, and marinara isnt one of them. A coworker had also ordered lamb chops which were completely dry and chewy; it was borderline uneatable...and if that wasnt enough they had forgotten all the drinks that we ordered so we had this dry food with no beverage (they did send the delivery guy back and 15 min later we had drinks)... my recommendation would be STAY AWAY!!!!! Their food is horrible and their customer service is even worse.

I go to Zaika about 2 - 3 times a weeks. The food is authentic Indo-Pak cuisine that is always fresh and made to order. The Mix grill is by far my favorite dish which is made up of a variety of different kebabs and tikkas. The food options cater to everyone as all meats are Halal, and they even have a ton of options for people with strict vegetarian diets. The owner is very friendly and takes time to go through the menu with you. We have also took advantage of their catering service which was exceptional. We needed food for 250+ persons and the variety and amount was excellent and at a great competitive price. Zaika has set standard for "Indo-Pak" cuisine and I recommend everyone to give it a try!

The place closes at 10 & I arrived at 9:40 with my family. The staff was very accommodating in getting our food order in before the kitchen closed. We ordered 3 dishes, an appetizer, & 6 naan. All of which were expedited efficiently without a loss for flavor. The food taste was excellent & this is coming from someone that travels alot & has a liking for Indian/Pakistani cooking. The chicken samosas were the best I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. My family of 4 were out of there in 30 minutes with our pallets satisfied for $50 including food, drinks, tax, & tip. This includes a very generous tip for the excellent service.

By far one of the worst places to get food from. They will never get your order the way you ordered it. The people taking your order dont understand what your telling them, no matter how many times you order the same thing over and over. If you go to pick up their food, they will assure you that everything is there after you reconfirm your order. Prices are not worth the food and the horrible service. There are many other restaurants in the area offering the same type of food who give much better service. I recommend you try them.

plz dont waste you time and money. i went here for lunch with my friends and the food they served embarrassed me in front of my friends, i had goat karahi and it was disgusting, the chicken biryani had a horrible smell as if it were spoiled which in fact it was and the mixed grill i had was ok which really didnt have much taste to it, i also ordered naan and they were burned in my opinion i am not satisfied with the food they are serving, i am telling you all now DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT A RESTAURANT LIKE THIS.

Zaika BBQ Grill recently opened in Edison NJ. W stopped for lunch one day. Having visited a nearby Pakisatani restaurant (Kashmir Nan Kabob) several times we decided we were familiar enough with the food to give it a try. The interior isnt anything special to look at a couple of tables with mirrors on the walls. The Briyani was great, as was the mixed grill (tandoori chicken and kabobs) They have some great samosa and deals on Kabobs and Samosa if you get a dozen to-go.

I would give this place zero stars if possible but the lowest is only one. The food was so bland, completely ironic considering the name of the place. I got a paneer kathi roll and it was so sour. The paneer was completely uncooked as well. We wasted money and time there for absolutely no reason. Dont go there if you want good food. Forget zaika, more like giving me zika.

Wow amazing food, honestly 5 stars does not show the restaurant any justice my opinion its a 10 ⭐️, this food was amazing, the meet was well cooked, very tender, wow wow I loved this restaurant. The service was very good. I will definitely return to this restaurant when ever Im in jersey. Thanks guys

Food is by far the best ive tried in the area. Authentic & delicious. But service needs to be improved. A customer deserves privacy and not to be stared at the whole time. Have some TVs or music around.. ease the awkardness a little. Will surely be back for food but not sure about dining in.

It seems food is consistently good. I had one lunch eat in and one lunch take out. I had a bit of difficulty placing order but they got it right. Side note: food prep takes 20min or so so I recommend pre order if you are limited in time. They have order app, and may be easier that way.

Grill was great and fresh. However the two currys which we ordered were quite disappointing. Had to wait for 20+ mins to get those currys. Staff interaction was poor as counter guy was constantly busy on his mobile rather than customers. In future i will only do takeaway for grill.

Food is great. Service is shaky at times for dine in. If the owner himself isnt there it is usually a miss. Some of these people have no sense of even basic Customer service etiquette. Food is great though and catering doesnt disappoint. If youre dining in try the mixed grill.

DECEPTIVE; FRAUD Will show you attractive prices first; once you have placed an order and dined, they will jack the prices up THREE TIMES, and tell you, "Those were To Go price." Good restaurants do not have two separate prices for the same food.

I have to say amazing food and the best prices. I was a little worried when i went there simply because the prices were a lot lower then the usual restaurants i go to so i was not sure how the food was going to taste but i have to say i loved it!

never tried Pakistani food or anything similar to it. Wasnt sure what to order for delivery so I figured Id try something exotic. Nevertheless, the food was amazing and affordable. Chicken and lamb all day. Will be a staple in my delivery orders

the prices are the same as mentioned in menu. some of the items have different prices for take out, the reason is there is no service provided therefore to go is cheaper than dining in. its common sense!!!!!!!!
