Just awful. I came here on a weekday at noon and the place was empty. A girl had walked in and ordered a burrito a few seconds before me. I ordered a burrito as well. I get up to the cash register and they say "your meal has already been paid by your friend." I said excuse me? We both looked at the cashier and she said "oh I thought you guys were together". Um why would we be together??? We walked in separately, never acknowledged each other, are they stupid?? The girls credit card had already been charged for both of our meals, so they dealt with refunding her transaction. And of course, in the process, they mixed up our orders, so I went home with her meal, and she had mine. I am SO annoyed with my experience here I will not be coming back. Maybe if the workers there werent gossiping and joking around while doing their job, none of this would have happened. I can only imagine how bad things would be on a busy day here. I do not recommend this place.

Honestly I dread walking into this Chipotle in Clark, NJ. Mostly, its convenient on my way home from work. The truth is though that the Clark NJ Chipotle serves the smallest, sorriest burritos around. Want half a spoonful of rice? Check. Half a scoop of beans? Yup. How bout some chicken? Nah, I gave you too much, let me put that back. Seriously, Im not 3 feet tall. If I was, these mini-rritos would be ultra bueno. Instead, theyre ultra lame. Try your luck at the Westfield Chipotle. This is the worst chipotle Ive ever been to. I was excited about it opening with the commons, but I still find myself going all the way to westfield anyway. Every time you can go here, you can guarantee that youll get: Incredibly small portions (Dont worry, you can ask for double meat and get skimped for $3 more) Cold food Stale chips Chips where half the bag is crumbs Lazy employees that give you dirty looks until they finish taking care of you and you let them get back to their side conversation

Food was cold. Chicken doesnt taste fully cooked, a lot of fat also. Girl had 8 plates in front if her was confused. Asked me about 5 times "what else" after I told her simply "everything ". ... About 4 times. Ended up throwing the whole plate out tastes stale and cold. Will not go back there. Sticking to Menlo mall chipotle. Way better and they work faster and arent confused.

Dont go to this location- A big disappointment - the staff was not paying attention when I ordered. They were out of stock of some of the ingredients. They had no napkins out. They couldnt wrap my burrito and failed twice with two different people. They really lost a customer today. I do not recommend this location.

Wasnt happy the first time I went there and definitely not today (june 1st 2016 around 8). I definitely got over charged for something i didnt even get . And they have the worst costumer service. Clark is closer to me, but i rather take the 20 min ride to Menlo.

Friendly staff, chicken is not burnt, as is often the case at many locations. Gets enough traffic that the food remains fresh. Tables were frequently cleaned. A few hiccups here and there - to be expected. Its not a 4-star restaurant. Plenty of parking.

Came in Sunday around 3:30. Nobody on line really, but Ive spent less time in full chipotles. Poor attitudes from staff. Terrible portions even after I asked for a little extra. Ill stick to my local chipotle that works like a machine.

Like every chipotle when they first open up the crew is lost and do not know what to do. But now for the most part they have an experienced group of workers who know how to cook and roll a great burrito. Give them a another try.

Managers are rude to workers and costumers , little servings , would rather drive to Menlo even though its a 30 minute drive from home . Check your receipt or they may over charge you .
