This place has terrible customer service skills and cake making skills, EVER SINCE THEY SWITCHED OWNERS! I came here to get my mothers 50th Birthday Cake. I sat down with the woman who works there and told her everything I wanted on the cake. When I came to pick the cake up on the day of my mothers party, the was COMPLETELY WRONG! There were blemishes all over the cake. There was even a hole in it form one of their mess ups! I had a casino themed cake and the playing cards on the front were so poorly made that the color was running down them! There was also a mysterious brown spot on one of the cards! One of the poker chips they made was blank without a design, when I asked her about it, she said she didnt make enough. Instead of fixing it for me, she took the blank chip off and another one of the colored chips to even it out. She also told me it was done wrong because she didnt charge me enough. I payed in full the day I bought the cake and there was no issues with the price previously. BEWARE!!

I needed a gluten and dairy free birthday cake for someone with food allergies. I talked to the owner to see if she could accommodate those needs and she made a great vegan cake with chocolate frosting and strawberries and a buttercream like frosting on the inner layers that was absolutely delicious. She also has 2 varieties of gluten and dairy free cookies and another gluten free macaroon like cookie that are also delicious. The only other bakeries weve found that can accommodate these needs are in NYC or Philadelphia. If you need something special, its worth the trip to ask!

Stopped by after work after hearing a new European bakery was in town and couldn’t be more happy with the items I purchased. The hazelnut cake is very delicious and is reminiscent of the Gaston ave hazelnut cake. Highly recommended. My return visits have confirmed that the apple sponge cake, napoleons, apple turnovers, cake balls and assorted breads are all excellent. This is now my favorite Bakery and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff and owner are extremely nice and helpful, and this bakery is a must visit for all in the area!

Delicious cookies, great service, lovely people. We went there last year to get a number of holiday cookie platters for our business after comparison shopping around the area for quality and price (and attitude at some shops - sheesh!). The lady we dealt with was very helpful and professional and offered to tie ribbons with our colors. Our clients were universally impressed and were getting ready to place our order again this year! Perfect shopping locally experience.

My husband and I were in search of a small Birthday cake for our one year old (cake smashing). Due to poor planning on our part, it was short notice and on a Sunday. We searched the area and could not find a place that could turn around a cake without 24 hour notice, until we went to Bridgewater Bakery. The lady there accommodated our request and put together a beautiful cake. We are very appreciative of her flexibility and workmanship.

I had a cake made here for a special event this past February. The filling I requested was not run of the mill, and they hit the ball out of the park. The cake was a huge success and I received many compliments! Even a few days later, the cake was still amazing, and to top it all off, the price was right. Highly recommended :)

Horrible Service. I walk in, 2 people in the kitchen area see me walk in. Hot as it can be in the lobby. Stood waiting. Left and bought nothing. I do not recommend you waist your time!
