Went there Yesterday (6/4/17 @ 6:00pm) & Store Manager (Cant tell you Her Name because they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!) Anyway, She REFUSED to put My order of (3) "Quad Expressos" in (1) TALL Cup. She INSISTED on serving EACH ONE in a "Short" cup. (She said I would have to Pour all of them in a TALL cup MYSELF). I asked her Why? & She said it was "Co. Policy". I told her Ive NEVER had "THIS PROBLEM" B4. She said "Company Policy is ALWAYS FOLLOWED @ THAT Store"!! So I bought (12) INDIVIDUAL "SHOTS" just to get them in a TALL CUP! Im reporting them to Headquarters, NOT TYPICAL!

They were missing a lot of the ingredients for my drink and instead of saying something they just made me a different drink, I assume hoping I didnt notice. They did replace it for me though. The counter at this place is the same as a regular Starbucks but the rest is not as nice. Seems like it used to be a different fast food place and it wasnt really renovated. Nice enough people though, and my second drink was good.

Great cappuccino, efficient and friendly staff. Only problem is the drive thru lane. One day I was in line and they were short staffed and it took 10-15 minutes to get to the window. The problem was I needed to get my grandson off the bus by a certain time but could not get out of line because it is only one lane wide.

My neighbor stopped in there this morning to get me a Frappuccino and when they got back to the house it was anything but a Frappuccino. I paid for iced coffee and received something hot. It doesnt taste right so I basically poured almost $10 down the drain.

Lucky theyre the only Starbucks for miles. Extremely long wait times. Constantly incorrect orders, difficult parking lot to maneuver in and out of. Im a SB gold card member and Ive been going there off and on for 2 years. Seems hopeless.

Best starbucks in NH! I got the perfect white hit chocolate after another starbucks made it wrong. I dont know how you can even make it wrong but it was nasty! So thanks Seabrook starbucks, youre the best! Happy new year!

On average this location does a very good job hiring pleasant associates. It can be a little tricky to navigate the parking lot and drive-thru during busy periods or with a bigger vehicle.

Cash register issues often, several days in a row. "Freezes" , "out of paper" wait wait Staff chatting w each other, personal stuff, customers dont want to interrupt.
