For a while I used to go for their lunch special which is good. However, recently I ordered an eggplant sandwich and the person gave me veal instead (I have been a vegetarian for 12yrs). After eating some I didnt think it was egg plant and asked a friend what she thought (I dont remember how meat exactly tastes...) and she tried it and said it tasted like dried chicken. So she subsequently grabbed the receipt out of the trash and saw it said veal...how the person got veal from egg plant is a mystery. In any case, I wouldnt put 1 star for a mistake...I called and told them about it and the manager, who is dark haired and Italian and has zero customer service ability, went on the phone. He said that I needed to come and pick up the refund which I was unable to and is insensitive to say anyway. He didnt seem to understand where I was coming from (I havent eaten meat in 12 years until today and it was VEAL of all things!) and treated it as if I just wasnt happy with the order. He seems to struggle with sensitivity issues and customers as I went there in person before and a customer was unhappy with the meal and once again he was unapologetic. I will never be going to this establishment again. Furthermore my friend was sick from her sandwich. If you do go, avoid their subs which are sub par.

Im a regular customer here. The pizza and pasta is good, I like their salads as well. The store is decently kept clean and the customer service is usually alright when I pick up, if I get the food delivered then the delivery person is usually very nice and social. Ive only had one bad experience one night when I ordered during a football game, there was a long wait. I ordered one pizza and it took over an hour, which can be expected I guess, but the pizza was cold which ruined it for me, they werent willing to give me a credit or make another one for a different day. The only credit they would give was a partial five dollars, and the pizza plus delivery was over twenty dollars. The delivery has gotten better since, food has come warm or hot as expected and I frequent them more because of the change.

Worst experience ever ordered pizza and I dont care about waiting a while I understand but I literally live less then 5 mins away not only did it take an hour and a half which wouldnt have been so bad if my pizza wasnt freezing cold. So I called because thats crazy it should be cold regardless how long it takes. Well when I called the manager on was so extremely rude he told me if I didnt want cold pizza I should have came and picked it up. Worst service I have ever had.

AWFUL AND GROSS!!!! I went to eat there and their cook is smoking cigarettes right in the doorway of the kitchen!!!! Then he tosses the cigarette and comes right back to make a pizza. I walked out after that. So disgusting! That should not be allowed at all! I was so disgusted a few days later when I went to the vet, i drove around back and saw it again!!! therefor, i know this happens often. So unless you want toxins from cigarettes in your food... DONT EAT HERE!!!

DO NOT ORDER FOR THEM. I called to order a tray of food for a family in Derry who had just lost a family member. The manager was a complete jerk when I spoke with him on the phone, he said they would not deliver to Derry (even though their website clearly states that they do). I explained the situation and I said I would pay extra for the delivery and he was not willing to make any accommodations. They will not be receiving any business from me.

I have ordered from here a few times, both delivery and to eat there. The pizza, gryos and pasta are all great. Delivery is typically fast but varies depending on how busy they are. Ive gotten my food much before the estimated time on more than one occasion. The eat in area is a bit small with only a few booths and tables.

Excellent Italian style pizza and subs. Good prices and they deliver to a reasonable area. Great taste and the portion sizes are great on the dinners. Always busy so allow an hour for delivery. They have always delivered sooner than their estimate. All around great experience and consistently so.

Excellent Fast service. I ordered 5 pizzas for my sons birthday party today and the food arrived before the estimated time of arrival. Food was excellent as always! Recently got the turkey club from them and it was super yummy and crispy.

Ordered delivery from here and had cold food delivered, when I bit into my chicken tender sub I thought this is too cold and realized the chicken was COMPLETELY raw not even cooked the slightest bit. I will never order from here again!

Really good sandwiches and pizza. Friendly staff. Pretty outdated but the kitchen looks clean. Not a lot to chose from in this area so its nice to have a spot you know you can grab a good slice of pizza from.
