I used to work here. And yes the coffee is the best in town. In fact a coffee is the best in New Hampshire. the only negative that I can find is that the owner treats his employees like they are less than anybody else. the staff is surely mistreated. the coffee is roasted by the owner. And the pastries and snacks are all homemade fresh right downstairs from where the coffee is served. if your female looking to work for this guy, watch out. If youre looking to get a cup of coffee everyday, this is definitely the place to go!

Once a wonderful place, but now quite unimpressive. They purport to focus on the quality of their fresh roasted coffee served in glass mugs, but often deliver flat-tasting coffee in paper cups with grounds or bits of bagel seeds in them. Poorly designed space is cramped during anything more than the mid-morning lull, and brick walls with no acoustic dampening make it difficult to hear, especially when their juicer or blender starts up. With plenty of other options in town, Id avoid the Dirt Cowboy.

My husbands a coffee nut and his absolute favorite coffee house is the Dirty Cowboy Cafe. We used to stop by every time we visited our son in college. Now that hes graduated, weve resorted to visiting their website and ordering their coffee online!

Local coffee shop, but not the greatest spot for a non-coffee-drinker. The tea selection was lacking and the service was not impressive. Also the ambiance and comfort score are suffering a bit.

Very decent drip coffee, however for a "specialty coffee shop", espresso is terrible and the staff is generally doesnt know important specifics (such as rosting date of the coffee you can buy).

Very crowded on a Saturday morning, but the iced coffee was good and I was glad to find a local shop offering soy milk! We had a croissant with strawberry jelly that was delicious.

Theh do pour over. Great selection of beans to choose from. Their ethiopia harrar is quite possibly my favorite bean in the whole world. They also sell whole beans!
