Wonderful customer service by Chris and terrific fresh cinnamon apples from James!! Thanks so much Boston Market for turning a really bad day into a better one!! After picking up my husband from the airport we can here to get a dinner to go. We were greeted right away by Chris! His personality, warmness, and wonderful customer service uplifted me. We went with the roasted turkey dinner for 4. You get 4 sides with that. We chose stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, fresh stemmed veggies, and cinnamon apples with a small side of sweet potatoes. James made us fresh cinnamon apples. When he completed our apples he sang "fresh cinnamon apples". James has an amazing friendly and kind personality that shines through. I told Chris he makes me feel like saying "Can I get an AMEN"! I was having a really bad day and Chris and James uplifted me by just being themselves and having such a warm and welcoming personalities!!! Now on to the food. The Turkey was moist and flavorful, the stuffing was good, the potatoes and gravy were alright but the cinnamon apples were the bomb. The apples were firm and not overcooked, saucy but not overly saucy and just enough cinnamon!!

Rude employees. Rude manager. They ask you for a donation to charity, then get rude towards you and leave out food items you paid for in the drive thru. How can you enjoy your meal after the hostile minority employees treat you like a milk cow while stealing your money? I wont return.

Tastes good enough, but always get the impression this isnt the freshest or healthiest good for the price. Could use a buff and polishing of their image as a company, possibly. Would like to see some healthier options, low-sodium choices, value menu selections.

Amazing !!!!! cant believe I didnt stop by sooner. I got the dinner for 3 people for $26, I think thats a great price considering the high quality of the food. And I went through the drive-thru !!!

The rotisserie chicken is amazing! The sides are alright. Anything they lack in flavor or quality is easily made up for by the chicken. My only complaint is that there are not enough locations. :)

Great prices and perfect for the whole family! The food is always hot and delicious (I recommend green beans for a side!) and the staff is friendly. My family eats here every time we visit Reno.
