Five Guys is really good for the price. Yeah you dont get unlimited Fries, but the fries are delicious, the burgers are really good and yeah you dont get friggin ranch for your fries. Ask for fry sauce when you go next, its awesome, no need for ranch. Yeah Five Guys might not be as good as high end restaurants, but that isnt what they are trying to accomplish there, they are competing with places like Chipotle, Boston Market, and fast food restaurants. The reason they yell is so that they can get your food out to the customers as fast as possible, because there are definitely very large rushes from time to time. Yeah you can go to Red Robin and get a slightly better deal, but their burgers never taste as good and you have to be taken to your seat and wait for a waiter or waitress to come to you. When you go to Five Guys, you can as your ordering get exactly what you want on your burger. My favorite combination is to get the Bacon Cheese Burger(actually has two patties) with BBQ Sauce, A1 Steak Sauce, Mayonnaise, and Ketchup. The A1 Steak Sauce really brings out the flavor of the burger. Obviously the best burgers in town are actually in Sparks at Fuddruckers, but they are way out of the way when you are in town, but for the best fast food in Reno, head to Five Guys. Deliciously cooked bacon, melty cheese, a nearly bag full of fries, and very fast service.

1 Really enjoyed the very flavor FULL burger... mushrooms too / seemed like high quality beef 2 Fries were as delicious as any where / very large portion 3 Liked the environment (it was Sunday and maybe they were quieter than usual per some of the other comments) 4 Great service and folks there 5 Clean 6 Bright 7 Several steps above fast food / prices reflect that but are worth it for me once a month (a dollar less or so on the burger would have earned five stars ) 8 Liked the free peanuts : ) ***** sad to see a few people judge this establishment so severely for their ability to charge and get the price they do... personally, Five Guys seems like a bargain compared to In and Out (tastes much much better to me : ) Also, I remember that Red Robin has a very good burger but I would usually prefer this bright and non-restaurant environment here and especially over Carls Jr. But if I want a fast and good burger I will run by Carls Jr. cheers, brian : )

I agree with most of the people here reviewing this place. Their prices are way to pricey. For two burgers and fries it cost almost about 40 dollars. That was a big red flag. Now granted their style is their own, I dont really appreciate having to walk around piles of bagged peanuts scattered around the floor making walkways for people. The food did come in a timely manner which is why it gets two stars and not one, but for being timely it wasnt worth it. I dont know how they got it done so fast while they were yelling at each other making jokes and echoing through out the restaurant. The burgers were soggy and gross due to all the grease from the millions of fries they throw into the bottom of the bag. For hearing tons of people say how good it is, I was very very disappointed. My boyfriend and I both agree if you want a good burger for a better price, Go to Red Robin or Fuddruckers. There its at least clean, easier on the wallet and better food.

店内のピーナツが食べ放題。 1)レジに並びバーガーを選ぶ。 2)バーガーの中に挟むトッピングをレタスやらトマト等を選ぶ。選ぶ物で料金が変わるかはわかんない。 3)ポテトのサイズを選ぶ。1番ちっこいのでイイと思うよ。足りなきゃ次の機会にデッカくしてね。 4)ドリンクのサイズを選ぶ。飲み放題でデッカくする意味があるのかわからん。持ち帰り用なのかな？ バーガーチェーンで1番うまいと思ってる 英語なんてできなくても、指差しでなんとかなるさ！

The Burger was good, but overpriced. This was my second time giving them another chance. The workers were wild and yell at us telling us to do this, do that. The burger was good, but Ive had better at Carls Jr. The Price was high, and thats sad, cause right across the street is a Red Robin that has excellent burgers and unlimited fries for 8-10 bucks, rather than this Five Guys who has burgers and fries for like 12. They were out of pickles and they dont have ranch at all for the fries. We werent really impressed with the staff or the value. I wont be back. As far as better venues, go to Fat Burger Or the amazingly local Burger Me.

Ive heard about Five Guys for years, but Ive never had to chance to try it out for myself until today. I am really glad I did! They have plenty of toppings to choose from, the burgers are juicy and flavorful, the prices are fair...did I mention that the burgers are delicious? The only nitpicky bad thing about this place is the location; it can be a pain in the ass to drive to if youre coming at it from the wrong way (if youre a local you know exactly what I mean), but again thats just a nitpick. Bottom line is that Five Guys just became my new favorite burger place in the city; cant wait to go back again!

This five guys a joke. Its 6:15pm on a Wednesday and they are closed... Im guessing its because of the rain, but there is no sign on the door for people to read, just closed. Lights off in the dining area, but you can see the employees in the back just staring at everyone trying to get in, rather than telling these paying customers why they are closed & being courteous. I will never waste my money here again, not with such poor customer service. Good luck staying in business in a small town like this where word travels quickly. I wont ever recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been to many Five Guys locations all over the country and its nice to see that Reno keeps it authentic. The menu is simple, the food is prepared fresh and the portions are big. There is always a bunch of extra fries in the bag. The Cajon fries are perfect and boldly seasoned. They have the Coke Freestyle fountains and the kids always enjoy making the different soda flavors.

I loved Five Guys Burgers and Fries. They make everything fresh, right there. The fries were amazing and the burgers no less so. They also have the coolest soda machine. Definitely a favorite place to eat. Besides burgers and fries they have hot dogs as well, and salad. You can get all the toppings you want on your burgers, at no extra cost, that was really great.

Twenty dollars gets you two burgers fries and a coke, one was even a double. Price is fair food is fresh and tastes great. I dont know what the woman ordered to come out to 40 dollars? Two double burgers with hot dogs on top I guess. If two people want fries order one and share it the portion is huge.

An alright burger at an alright price. The customizations for your burger are all free though which removes the age old conundrum of "do I want the sautéed onions or the sautéed mushrooms?" I barely noticed the wait for my burger as most of my time was tied up eating the complimentary peanuts.

I love Five Guys. Its a little spendy, youll spend close to $10 for a burger fries and a drink but you can get the burger done any way you want with as many toppings as you want at no extra charge. I also love the free salted in the shell peanuts that you can eat all you want of.

People are nice. Food is good. Few places you can find Kosher. Lot of variety in soda. I ordered regular potion of fries but it was too much even for 2 people. I like how they have peanuts you can munch upon while waiting for your order.
