I went through the drive thru around 6pm. I ordered my food, and after my order was complete I was told to pull up. The man who was helping me was very friendly. Then this is where the 2 stars come from. This young blonde girl comes up with the bag of food and shoves it at me. I then ask for lots of hot, diablo, and mild. Trust me, Im sure this annoys them, but this is Taco Bell and Im sure this happens a lot. She then makes a face at me and gathers it all, and in the snarkiest voice says, "Next time when you order back there and they ask you what sauce you want, you tell them." She proceeds to push the sauces at me and slams the window. Alright.... first off I was NOT asked what sauces I would like. Not the guys fault, he was totally fine. Second, I moved here from another state recently and let me tell you I have never had such attitude like that over sauce. Normally when I pull up to the window they ask what sauce I would like, and when I tell them they place it in the bag and pass that along. Third, I totally get working for the public you can get annoyed, and she may have had a bad day or whatever, but Ive been a server for over 8 years and you just dont make people feel stupid like that. I never ever wrote reviews, but this over just some sauce, broke it. The food was great, but she needs to work on her customer skills. Oh, and one more thing. When we got home my boyfriend opened up his food, and he got the smothered burrito, super messy right? She didnt put a spork/fork in there for him. Should I have asked for that too when I ordered? Next time maybe itll be better.

My husband is obsessed with Taco Bell. Its not that I dont like Taco Bell, but Im just not as crazy about it as he is. He really likes that it is inexpensive, so if we dont want to cook and I mention Taco Bell - there is a good chance well work it into the budget. I think we got spoiled living so close to this particular one because service is always 4+ stars and I rarely have a problem with my order. They are efficient, cleaner than most and usually very friendly and inviting. I even asked for suggestions as to what I should have and the staff were happy to recommend items based on a few questions (spicy, meat type, etc.) Ill give it a 5 star because for a Fast Food joint, it does win our vote over most others. The quality to pricing ratio is also a big win.

This is okay at best weird smells inside really not a friendly staff not unfriendly but just not friendly food just didnt come out like the consistency that theyre normally is so maybe this is a one-time deal or not but if theres another Taco Bell nearby I would go to that one

The black female food handler has lost a lot of weight in the past couple of months and is almost skin and bones now, to start with. They usually handle the food after handling money without washing their hands first. And some of the employees are nosey and vindictive.

I come here often because it is close to my house and office. The experience is always average. They dont drain their ground beef properly so the taco shells always end up soggy. If Im really in the mood for good tacos I make the drive to a different location.

Its 1:40 pm 4-1-14, that crew was the NICEST, SWEETEST and Best customer service I have had in a VERY long time. They dont make much money but I sure felt like I had a million dollar lunch. Just wanna say thank you making my dad.....
