Ill start by being fair here, the sushi is really good here and this was our third time coming here. That said, last night a group of us (4) went and ate here. We had all you can eat. The food was as good as usual, the service suddenly just got abhorrent on us though. We had eaten two rounds or so of sushi, the 2nd round took about 25 minutes to arrive... no big deal... so we ordered our last round (two rolls). When the waitress came we were out of drinks, 3 waters and a sprite. So we asked for those as well. 27 minutes later she came back and we reminded her, 5 mintues later we got beverages. We told her we were going to go ahead and order desert and that we needed a few minutes to figure it out but we would have it ready when our two rolls came out we ordered 30 minutes ago. She nods and vanishes for 45 minutes. No refills, no rolls, no dessert order. So my wife at this point is done and goes up to talk to the front greeters to figure out whats going on. She walks up, the manager is there and she says "so we have a problem" and the manager... walks... away. So she tries to explain, none of them seem to care. We just get the check and leave. No apologies, no manager attention, no explanation why service was suddenly nonexistent (sometimes you just want to know you have not been forgotten and that there is some reason why you waited forever) ... nothing. We just wanted our last round and dessert, nothing fancy here, we didnt ask for special treatment. Apparently its only all you can eat until they are done serving you. This will be the last time I go here, I can pay about two dollars less per person and get better service and the same quality of food at the three other places we like to go.

Last night I went with my husband. We were seated immediately but our order wasnt taken until more than five minutes after. There were plenty of staff available to take our order considering that it was 22:15 and there were only two other parties in the entire restaurant. The food came little by little, which I could understand since there were a few sushi chefs behind the bar. During the entire time we were there, the staff members were quite playful with one another, which didnt allow them to be as efficient as possible. They were so distracted that at one point, my food remained at the counter for too long that I myself went up to the counter to retrieve it. If that wasnt enough, I found pieces of plastic wrap in my food while I was chewing it. There was a young male server whose attention I brought this to, and instead of offering to take the plate away, he said "Ill bring this to the attention of your server and the chef." I walked up to my server and politely asked if I could speak to the manager on duty. Of course, she had already gone home, but that I was told I would be receiving a discount. The service this time around was awful. Had it not been for the distracted servers, I wouldnt have had to walk up to the counter to obtain my plates. Had it not been for the sushi bar being understaffed, more focus couldve been invested in the preparation of my food as to prevent plastic wrap making its way in there. This is to be the last time I ever visit this restaurant. A discount of 20% is not going to undo the piece of plastic wrap that I swallowed.

We ( 2 people) visited late evening on Monday. Not busy so we want a booth. because we found 2 empty booth but rejected. The only reason was that more people than 2 could hold the booth. Although Monday late evening and not busy, we were not happy because there were many tables for big family or lesser but over 2 people. We know there are so many complaints over the service. Food is OK, service is worst. Dont try to get more guests, just focus on the first comers. We left there unhappy and hungry. We hope the manager and owner try to hear what most guest want. Sometimes, sticking on the old custom makes us very unpleasant.

Went tonight and the sushi bar seating was amazing. The chefs were funny, fast, and most of all made amazing rolls! We let Chef Daniel (son) select and make different items and we were beyond impressed and all night we were entertained. The fellow diners were fun and we all had a great experience. The only downfall was the server, while he was kind and was trying he was slow to serve us drinks and if we had to order food or drinks from him I would have starved and been very thirsty. Thank you yo Chefs Daniel, Nacho, Pedro, Jose, and Chino! And to the bartender Princess who made tonight a great date night!

Poor Service, Forgot the order twice, brought the WRONG food to the table, twice. Brought the wrong desert , failed to correct it. Dont listen to the order, unable to get it right. Throw the food on the table and rush off without communicating with the patrons or confirming it is correct. Avoid this place, Terrible experience. Worse service I have had in a Vegas establishment in years. Food was fine, but the service ruined the evening. They should fire the staff on the service side and start over, train them properly. I see I am not the first to mention it, nothing changed. Still Bad.

By far the worst dining experience in Vegas: they were unprofessional;they seemed inexperienced; they took far too long for the order I made and still didnt get all of my food. All the while--the waiter kept asking me if I wanted to order more-- I havent gotten all of my food and hes asking if I want more? I could understand if the place was busy but its 3pm and theres only a couple people there. One lady mustve been drunk or high because she was laughing uncontrollably while the staff did nothing to calm her down. Overall, this place was the worst dining Ive had in Las Vegas.

mixed drinks were incredible, you have to ask your server they wont volunteer the information. The decor was fantastic, the music at first was a little to intimidating, but it was changed and flowed well with the meal. The food drop off was kind of rushed and it was hard to know which one was the one you orders, but that was a great way to try some of the other rolls. Jaime? who was not our server, but gave us a lot of rolls to try on our next visit. We will be back and looking for Jaime? To guide us through again

I really enjoy Oyshi Sushi. Everythings fresh and tasty. At the sushi bar, Leonardo has been entertaining and made an amazing special for me on one of my visits. Ive also had Mikey as my server several times, hes funny, and quick. Ive ordered about 8 different sushi items, 6 sushi rolls, and had one chefs special ... This may be my new favorite sushi restaurant in Vegas. Since Oyshi Sushi opened, Id say I eat here on average of 2-3 times per week.

Service was excellent. The price was really fair for the all you can eat lunch and dinner. Last time I had sushi I had to pay by the plate. That seemed cheap till I added it all up. Here with the all you can its much more affordable and no more expensive then the cheap casino buffets. But the quality and beauty of the plates far surpasses that of any buffet on the strip. The atmosphere is nice also. I dont give to many fives, but it was worth it.
