I had to throw away 3 bagel sandwiches since I came in at 3:30, 30min before the closed and I told the boy who was making the food yesterday TWICE, no jalapeño cream cheese and only whole wheat bagel, not only did he switch up my order and gave me an onion bagel (Im allergic to onions and made that clear to the cook and the Lady who took my order, but he also put the jalapeño cream cheese on all the three onion bagels, which I couldnt eat period, so I literally had to throw the three things I ordered in the TRASH AND, what a waist of time and money. I will NEVER return to this location and suggest, if you are wanting what you pay for do NOT come to this location. By far the WORST Einstein bagel Ive experienced, the co workers were in such a bad mood to begin with, I was skeptical of going to this location but just went with it since I was already here. NEVER again will I return to this location and I will tell my friends and family as well as the public to save your time and money and go to another location to get what your paying for. Ive been a customer of Einstein (this was my very first time to this particular location and this was the only bad experience Ive experienced, with customer service, giving me the wrong order, and they put the one spicy cream cheese I did not want on my sante fe bagel. Highly disappointed and will NEVER return to this location.

Das Einstein Bros Bagels ist wenn ich das richtig einschätze eine Kette. Hier bekommt man ein Frühstück nach typischen amerikanischen Maßstäben. Große Kaffees und viel fettiger Bacon ist der Standard aus dem alle Gerichte bestehen. Also alles was ungesund ist und sehr gut schmeckt. Wie in vielen Cafes in den USA geht es hier alles sehr flott, in wenigen Minuten hat man seine Bestellung auf dem Teller frisch zubereitet. Genau mein Ding!

I love the bagels, but this is the 2nd time I have gone to an Einsteins and they didnt have any ready! I ended up going to another location and fortunately they had some, but they were so busy I couldnt get my order the way I wanted...Ill keep coming of course, but its frustrating!

Worst customer service ever. It only took 20 minutes and 5 employees to make 1 coffee. Will never go back to this location well of course if I have all day to sit and wait.
