Anyone who considers this high quality food has clearly never been to a legitimate Italian restaurant. This is low-quality chain store food, nothing more. The restaurant is in a beautiful area of downtown Omaha. We entered at approximately 11:30am on Labor Day. After I told the hostess that we had a party of seven, she seated us at a table for six, with six menus handed over to confirm that she clearly hadnt listened. Maybe "six" and "seven" rhyme on her planet. Who really knows? Luckily, the adjacent table was available and our server was OK with joining the two. This place does NOT have regularly-sized Italian restaurant pizzas. The largest pizza they offer is a 12-inch pie, or so they say. It was more like 18 inches, which made the ordering process difficult and required me to pay for more food than my family actually needed. This is a chain restaurant that uses the lowest quality meats and dough available. Their meat is the same quality and appears to be provided by the same supplier as CiCis Pizza (if you can even find a CiCis in Omaha). Locally, this would compare to the quality of Amazing Pizza Machine. The one style of pizza which is worth eating is their Chicken/Spinach/Artichoke. The chicken is a very low quality meat (see above), but the combination is something Ive never seen anywhere and was actually quite good. This is one of the most overpriced, lowest quality pizza places you ever have the displeasure of giving your money. The only thing worse would be Chuck E. Cheese. At least at CEC you KNOW youre getting low quality food and they dont try to pass it off as anything else. Do NOT expect high-quality, New York or Chicago style pizza here. The server, who could have reduced her sarcasm by a factor of 10 and still have enough left over to fill a football stadium, was absolutely dumbfounded when I asked for garlic powder. It was as if I was speaking a different language. She had no idea if her restaurant even had garlic powder. Let me say that again...she had NO IDEA if her restaurant had garlic powder! You will get nice decorations and ambiance, but the food and service are severely lacking.

Worst experience ever at a restaurant!! Do not go to this location! I had gone on Fathers Day with my parents (Who I only see once a month), my aunt and uncle (Who I see once to twice a year. They also picked the restaurant because they dont have it where they live.), my husband, and my sister and her boyfriend as well as the boyfriends parents. It was supposed to be a nice Fathers Day meal, but it wasnt!! We were only a group of 10 (there were much larger groups there that day) and it took over 15 minutes to receive our drinks. It took almost 45 minutes to receive our food. Every thing looked great and we started to eat. I get about 5 bites through my chicken alfredo and notice there is a hair in my pasta. I investigate it a little bit and notice it is wrapped around and though a piece of broccoli. It was black, straight hair. I dont have black, straight hair and I was very puzzled as to how my hair could get there seeing as it was on the bottom of my plate covered with the rest of the meal.. I wasnt going to mention anything but everyone said I should really make the waitress aware of the situation. When the waitress came to drop of the checks I told her that there was a hair in my pasta and showed her and she took it directly to the manager. This is where things got worse and has made me decide I will never be back to this location ever again. The manager came out and said, "Just so you know, there is a $2.00 charge for the extra protein added to your meal." Really?? Thats how you address this? I had then replied, "That is not funny nor something to joke about. Its disgusting." He agreed that it was disgusting and apologized for his comment. His apology was far from sincere and I cant accept an apology for something that should NEVER be said to a customer! The way he treated the situation and tried to "play" with it to me is how employees would act when a manager or supervisor is not around. This shouldnt have been how the manager of the establishment acted. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other location or a different restaurant who actually cares for their customers.

Long time Loyal Customer very disappointed and from the other reviews, I see we are not the only ones. Waitress and Manager did not care! We stopped by on a Sunday evening and was seated on the patio. We waited 10 minutes for the waitress to come out to greet us. She took our order and I asked for her to bring out bread with our drinks for our salad. She said sure no problem. We went and built our salads and came out and still no drinks. A few minutes later they come out but no bread. She never brings the bread till the food comes out. At that time I ask her to bring more bread but we dont see her again till I go and get the manager. Manager gets us bread, a refill for my girlfriends pasta and bread. Then the bill comes out and there is a $5 discount on it. We tell the waitress we have a $10 Pinpoint Customer loyalty Reward and she says she will get the manager to take care of it. The manager comes over and states that you cant have the $5 "courtesy discount" and the $10 Loyalty Reward. I asked why not and she just said you can not but you can keep your $10 Loyalty and use it next time. The thing she fails to realize is that it is a " Loyalty Discount"! I dont know about you but that means we are loyal customers and have been there many times in the years as this is probably our 5th or 6th Loyalty Reward. Wont be so Loyal any more since our business doesnt matter!

Theres no denying that Spaghetti Works has a great atmosphere and it is a staple in downtown omaha, but tonight I left feeling unsatisfied and, frankly, scammed. We ordered bruschetta. What we were given was the garlic bread that they give you for free with every meal with a side of diced tomatoes and cheese. That is not bruschetta and I shouldnt be paying 7 bucks for it. Next, I order spaghetti with pomodaro sauce (I think thats what it was called). Its advertised as a cold, tomato-based sauce mixed with various spices and oils. Sounds intriguing, but what I was given was the bruschetta topping slapped on some noodles. I am not exaggerating when I say it was EXACTLY the same. To top it off, it took nearly 45 minutes for us to get our order. There was two of us and we both just ordered pasta, not complicated considering that is their specialty. Tables on all sides of us were cycling through before we even got our meal. Ive had better experiences at Spaghetti Works, but I wont be going back for a long time. I recommend staying far away from the bruschetta and that pomodaro sauce thing if you choose to dine here. They are both complete wastes of money.

Food was good/okay.. awful customer service! Waitress took forever getting out drinks (they were NOT busy), its because she wanted to talk to everyone at every table for 10min... our food came out and we asked for drinks yet again and was told they were on their way out. She then began talking yet again to the table behind us. I asked can we also get our kids meal.. she said it was ready just had to grab it out of the other window. Okay not a big deal, 8min lathe comes out with the people behind us drinks.. not my kids food or our drinks. Mind you were had been there 30 plus minutes before they got their. Finally after complaining for the fourth time we got our drinks, still no kids food until the very end.. So we asked for a manager and had to ask twice to even get one to our table . Absolutely ridiculous! When he comes over he was snobby, I explained what happened and he said "okay". We all looked at him like huh? He then said well I guess Ill comp the kids meal... WORST customer service we have EVER encounter.
