Close your eyes for a moment and look forward in time. The year is now 2038. Cars now hover softly above the ground and can transport their passengers at top speeds thanks to advancements in arc reactor technology. The Bush twins now hold the office of president and vice president of the United States. Mans greatest innovation in our present time, the massage chair, has advanced into a mobile model - the massage jacket. In this brave new world, past generations of consumers and their discriminating tastes have advanced our restaurant industry significantly. As restaurant historians will tell you, there used to be a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. But here, in 2038, after decades of consumer-driven change, there is only one - Boston Market. What people didnt realize back then, a historian might say, is that Boston Market solved the restaurant industry. Humanity decided on its own that no other restaurant should needlessly exist in the shadow of Boston Market. What restaurant could claim to provide succulent food as great as Boston Markets rotisserie meats? Who could try to unseat Boston Markets sides from their throne of deliciousness? There are none who would dare to make such claims and if anyone would they would be shunned as idolaters. And so, as Darwin predicted, the weak shall depart from the gene pool and the strong shall survive and that is why only Boston Market remains. Despite the delicious evidence, people may still wonder how Boston Market has become the paragon of the restaurant industry. Even by 2038, that will remain a mystery. How have they been able to use the same gravy recipe for over 40 years? How does their cornbread remain at the perfect temperature even when its been accidentally left in a car overnight? Do the cave markings discovered near the Himalayas which show primitive drawings of a Boston Market descending from the heavens provide any insight on how they can make creamed spinach so delicious? Many questions will be asked but few will be answered. You see, those among us who are the most well-equipped to answer such questions, those who are the most intelligent will be making much better use of their time. They will be spending their days inside the comforting walls of a Boston Market.

Had the worst experience on Thanksgiving to top it all off. I called the Clayton location to get the price of individual plates only to be hung up on not once but 3 times by some girl (She wouldnt give me her name or the managers) finally I got in touch with the area manager Bob he was quite apologetic but not very effective in making up for the horrible experience I had. He told me he talked to the store manager and none of the employees would fess up to taking the call, Im not surprised like they dont have cameras?? He finally convinced me that when I went in I would only deal with the manager which I did. He was also very nice and apologetic, and actually offered me my meal at no charge. I appreciated the sentiment from the manager however next time I think Ill take my business to the Fairview Heights location, the Clayton location seems like its needs a total recall of staff

I really enjoyed Boston Market located in downtown Richmond Heights right next to the Esquire AMC Theater. We decided to have the rotisserie chicken macaroni and cheese creamed spinach and green beans which tasted delicious, we followed that up with apple pie and chocolate cake. The staff was very friendly and brought the food to our table I would highly recommend checking out Boston Market after a movie, really great place.

I enjoyed todays visit. Havent been to a Boston Market in years! Someone greeted me as I entered, they bring your food to you at your table and they also clean up after you when you leave. Only gripe, no one explained that they bring your food, so I didnt know whether to sit down or wait around. I also had to ask about clean up, cause it wasnt obvious where to put my plate. But all in all the service and food were good.

I placed an order for pick up immediately on their website at about 9:30 pm one day. Their schedule on both website and front gate show this restaurant should be closed at 10:30 pm that day. However, when I got there it was closed and it was just 9:43 pm. I mailed the customer service but no response. The next day they just took the credit from the card I used for placing my order for no reason.

This place is awful. The food appears as if it is good. It taste good Im not going to lie. But contains DEADLY amounts of MSG/Sodium. DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD. I say once a year tops. I was sick for two days after eating here. Headache/Fever, etc. That could be because I dont normally eat any food that contains MSG. The sodium levels in their food is RIDICULOUS! I will never eat here again.

I love the food at Boston Market. Its like thanksgiving or Sunday dinner at Grandmas house every day. Everything is always cooked perfectly. Last time I was there the guy that brought me the tray says just leave it there when you are done. Just like at Moms where you dont have to clean up after yourself or do dishes. Nice touch!

Went late on a Saturday, and they were out of chicken. Quite the bummer until the manager gave us an unsolicited free meal! Great customer service and gesture. Delicious ribs and chicken pot pie! And the sides, of course, were great. Definitely will be back!

Rotisserie chicken dinner meals are reasonable and made fresh, ready to take home. Be prepared that it takes time for them to chop whole chicken meals.
