I visited sonic on 9/22/12 at the 13947 hall ferry in florissant, mo. I order my food and hand my credit card to drive thur person josh Scott, he picks up my cup to hand to me and sqeeze over my cup, and hand me the cup he just SNEEZED over. I told him I didnt want the cup of ice tea, I want another one, he said, "ok" no problem, he walks to the ice tea canister, I pull up to watch him just to make sure I get a new cup of ice tea and he opens the lid of the ice tea canister and pull the contaminant ice tea cup and contaminated the whole batch of ice tea, he didnt know I was watching and try to offer me "THAT CONTAMINATED" tea. I told him I saw what u just did, his mouth drop as if he was surprise, I explained to him that was nasty and unsanitary, his only comment was, yea you are right, I just asked for a refund and shook my head and left, the kicker to this josh Scott is the assistance manager and should had knew better. Very Unhappy Customer, i will never eat there again with that kind of leadership there

I usually come here once a week for a drink during happy hour. This week the wait was longer than usual and now I will never go back due to the rudemess of 2 employees. I ordered in a stall since the drive-thru line was long. I ordered 1 drink and 1 grilled cheese. 20 minutes later I called the store from my cell phone and asked for a refund since I could no longer wait. The man then asked which stall I was in an hung up. I didnt know if I should leave or stay. 5 minutes later a girl brings out my order and asked what my problem was. I explained I had not receive my food. She said that they were short-staffed and behind. They were taking care of the drive-thru line before the stalls. There were also 2 staff members on break sitting outside the store smoking and talking on their cell phones. If they were behind or short-staffed, then why were 2 people on break? I was not given a receipt and I didnt see the name of the girl that delivered my order.

I visited this location today 7/10/14 having to going over my order twice because the female that took my order was rushing and so rudely told me that she could not hear me the first time I tried placing my order, after getting through this process and verifying my order I proceeded through the line with over a 15min wait. The person at the window (wasnt the same female that took the order) gave me 5 drinks when I actually only ordered three, so I explained that she was giving me too many drinks. She read off my order from the receipt and wouldnt you know it? My order was wrong even after verifying the order with the order taker... This lady was also rushing so she said well heres $2 and you can just have the drinks! I will never visit this location again (I didnt need all those drinks and Im still out money I didnt plan on spending). Fortunate enough, I live in the Denver area so I wont be deprived from the love I have for a good Sonic Slush! :-)

Horrendous service!!! Totally incompetent staff. I was there earlier tonight (Thursday 7/21/16) at the drive in and they had me sitting there for over half an hour waiting just to have my order taken. I watched two other customers who got there 15 mins after I did get their orders taken and their food before me, which is inexcusable. And every time I pushed the button, they either ignored it or said "wait a second." After 45 mins, they finally came on the intercom....but only to tell me to come through the drive thru!!! When it was my turn at the mic, there was nothing but silence. Nobody spoke. So Im like "hellllooo??" Finally, after a couple minutes, somebody spoke. They were not the least bit apologetic nor did they even explain. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. I should have gotten my meal for free after all that. I will NEVER go back to that location unless they fire those fools and hire some competent people.

Came here for the first time tonight to this location its been almost a year since we have had sonic and let me tell you what we will never come back to this location not only was the staff just rude ignorant and acted very childish but the equioment worked like crap you couldnt undertsand anything the workers said and when you asked them to repeat it they got pissy about it maybe if you updated your equipment and attitudes you people wouldnt have poor customer service reviews just saying and another thing they say out with the old and in with the new maybe you should use that on your workers and equipment.

4/5 because they always usually make my dark chocolate banana and peanut butter shake very delicious. A couple nights ago I took my little cousins to get shakes, it seems the whole world was trying to get shakes that night. It was little wait and they messed up all of our shakes but the manager handed the situation very well! Good location. Dont go on nights when its feelings awesome outside unless you have patience!!! Plus what happen to the hoppers wearing skates????????

I had a long wait in the drive thru and they got my sandwich wrong. I went back through the drive-thru to tell them they got it wrong and the young lady working the drive-thru told me that I ordered the sandwich wrong. I then proceeded to tell her that I paid to get cheese on the chicken sandwich and she told me they didnt come with cheese. She pulled up the receipt and said that she was wrong and had a foul attitude. I will never go back there again

Ive used this particular Sonic a few times before but enough is enough.......due to their poor service and food quality Im done with Sonics! To place an order and request "no tomatoes" and be assured several times that this item doesnt come with tomatoes yet once I get home and take a bite there just happen to be tomatoes! Ridiculous!!! As far as Im concerned Sonics no longer exists!

I am picky with fast food places and I usually end up giving a bad review. Not this place though! They always have my order right and I dont have to wait too long for it either. Theres a huge breakfast sandwich here that is amazing!! Never had a problem and I come here frequently.

Slowest so called fast food place on the planet half the time its like yanking a tooth to get them to take your order. At least when you get more times than not it is right. However dont pay with cash as none of them know how to make change.. .truly a poorly managed location

My wife and I used to frequent this location, but unfortunately, the customer service has tanked in the last 6 months. Theyve managed to turn away multiple loyal customers, so I HIGHLY recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Young woman taking the orders was completely incompetent. My order was failed miserably. Wrong food altogether. Was given a broken cup with unattached lid. Overcharged, and entire process took 15-20 minutes. Never returning here.
