Order pizza through online ordering and when order was delivered it was wrong. I called and spoke with a manager Shelly, apparently couldnt find our order but we had pizza delivered. After a few minutes finally found the order. I told her what we order and she kept saying thats not what I had order. Then she put me on hold. Then she hung up the phone. So now im furious. Then I called back and talked to Shelly again saying that they are not responsible for the online ordering and that she didnt hang up on a customer. Then I asked for information for Shelly and she said she doesnt feel comfortable to give out information and that theres nothing they can do it fix it. So highly recommend not ordering from this place. Customer service is piss poor. This so call manager needs to know customer service is alway important and needs to be released. DO NOT ORDER from this location because of Shelly!

An embarrassment while showing an out-of-town business contact St. Louis style pizza. I placed an order for delivery for two XL pizzas. only after I paid did they inform me that it would take 45 minutes to an hour! You should probably let people know that you are backed up with deliveries rather than assume such an absurd wait time was acceptable. So I call back and decide well just go get the pizzas and save a ton of time. I ordered a supreme pizza and a meat lovers, but once we opened the pizza boxes they are both meat lovers pizzas! What a joke. Plus, an employee just sits there and gives me the stink eye while I express my disappointment... The STLP&W on Bayless will be the only one I go to. Avoid this location, they are all not this bad!

I googled a few of these one star reviews and if you are working for a competitor in a field, you really shouldnt write bad reviews just for the sake of swaying people. The pizza makers at this location have over 20 years of experience in knowing how to make excellent pizza. Do not take the word of someone who is trying to discredit their competition, go in and taste for yourself. If you have any issues, the owner is committed to making things right. That is the kind of service and food that makes me proud of St Louis Pizza and Wings!

I order from STLPW on nearly a weekly basis for a few years now. Always have gotten good food from this place. Suddenly I see lots of 1 star reviews... think some of these reviews are fakes. Much better prices than the other St Louis style pizza place that everyone knows, and the food is much better.

Visiting from out of town and wanted to try local pizza... I hope this isnt what people eat in St louis all the time ... very very very bad pizza and then to top it off the driver didnt have change for the order so I had to tip him extra for this dumpster pizza they call food

Ordered twice this week. The first order was 2 XL pizzas one of them was under cooked. The second order was some burgers and fries. The bun was falling apart. The Pattys were dry cheese wasnt even melted. Fries were under cooked

Great food. Ive tried everything from the salads to the burgers and the pizza and wings. Always good. The only thing i complain about is the delivery time but if you pick it up yourself the food is ready in 20 min. Overall 9/10

Best wings ever. But quite pricey for them. They have great lunch deals though. Maybe a remodel might bring in more customers. It reminds me of chuckie cheeses in the 90s. Makes me a little dizzy

The place isnt that bad, it has more of a classic mom and pop pizzaria feel than the large chains like pizza hut. Prices arent to bad either.
