Pizza is good for the price but the savings arent worth the horrible customer service. Typically I expect just ok service when being waited on my high schoolers, but when the owners daughter starts shouting at you, you know its time to write a review! A simple mistake was made, I tried to call about it and the kid that answered the phone was so rude so I asked him to put the manager on, knowing I would be talking to one of the owners. I explained the mistake and said the kid answering the phone was rude, so the owners daughter Anna tells me he wasnt rude and started to argue with me. Weve been going there for years and I was shocked by her disrespectful tone. Whats more, she even called me back to fight some more. Good job Anna, you won, you right and I, the customer was wrong. Wont be going back there, terribly turned off!!

We were just in there and ordered a meat lovers, a sausage and a pepperoni. And they gave us a mushroom instead of a pepperoni. Instead of the girl that answered the phone saying i am sorry about that she clearly just said " no you said mushroom" and left it as that. When she should of told us to bring it back to get the pizza that we ordered. My boss buys pizza from there often and i dont think that we will be going back because of how RUDE the girl was behind the counter.

When the national commercials and signage in the store says hot and ready all day, one would assume that at noon, theyd have a pizza hot and ready. Countless times Ive been forced to wait 10 or so minutes for a pizza. Normally thats not a big deal but when you are only given 30 minutes for lunch plus the time it takes to drive here, you have to eat in your car just to have any food. The owner needs to retrain his team.

We use this location regularly and have always received great service and a good product. If you want to make sure they have what you want ready when you get there, call them. Otherwise, stop by and it is usually ready, if not, the wait is not long. I have never spoken with anyone there who was not helpful and polite. You cannot get a better pizza for anything close to the price.

Most times I go there, it is not hot n ready liked advertised. Usually dont write reviews but as Im waiting for my lunch combo yet again(wasnt even one in the oven this time) decided to write a review. Dominoes is faster if you order with the app. Also on two occasions, shame on be for not checking was given the wrong pizza.

They claim to have pizza hot and ready although they rarely ever do during normal eating hours. They precook pizza during rush hours like thrifty cheap skum. Waiting for a pizza here is dimwitted due to its poor quality, you are really only paying for the convenience factor, which is inexistent during normal eating hours.

Not once have they had pizza "hot and ready" and Ive always had to wait 10 minutes or more. Not even during dinner hours! The pizza is cheap and yummy, which is nice, but the girls who work the counters are brats and never smile or say thank you. The pizza is cheap so you get what you pay for.
