The place is clean. But it was hands down the worst pizza I have ever had and the service was barely adequate. My husband has always talked about how it was the best pizza, his favorite, so I was looking forward to it, but.... It was little better than ketchup flavored cheese on a flat cracker. And what is the point of having Parmesan cheese on the table if you are going to put 1/2 cup on top of the pizza anyway? Parmesan cheese ( which I hate) aside, the crust was burnt on one side, the flattest crust I have ever seen, seriously, it was flatter than a saltine cracker. The cheese was ORANGE , which could very well have been due to the sauce and pepperoni, but still very off-putting. My hubby ate nearly half of his pizza ( which was not orange btw) although he admitted it was not as good as he remembered it being, but I ate 2 bites from one piece and nothing more. The waitress did a flyby "you guys doing okay" and then kept walking. Never noticed I wasnt eating...was sitting there with my hands crossed. A different server came by and offered to box up the leftovers, never commenting that I didnt touch mine. Original server dropped off check and ran off. Thankfully, I will never again have to listen how great Faracis is whenever we go to a pizza place anywhere else. Id rather eat a frozen Totinos.

I am a true pizza lover. I love pizza in all of its wonderful forms. But I was born and raised in the STL, so, of course, I have a particular affinity for St. Louis-style pizza. That thin, crispy crust and creamy, slightly smokey provel cheese... mmmmmm, yes please! Well let me tell you that Faracis has elevated STL-style zzah to an art form. Their delicious dough is made in-house. It doesnt come out of a box like other big name STL-style pizza joints (no names will be mentioned but it rhymes with scream-o). And not only so they make their own sauce, they grind their own Italian sausage and hamburger. The meatballs? Aw, fuggituhboutit. Probably one of the bestrongest Ive ever had. Long story short, these guys have been making pizza magic since 1968, so theyre doing something right. So if youre in the mood for some spectacular pizza of the St. Louis persuasion, head on into Faracis in Ellisville, MO. Tell them Taylor sent you!

If you think you like Imos, this place will turn your world upside down. This place makes everything from scratch. They spend 3 days making the dough, 5 hours for tomato sauce, they even grind their own Italian sausage. Hands down the best pizza Ive ever had, this includes any pizza spot I went to in Rome during the 4 months that I lived there. I informed Mr. Faraci of this one day, and he simply replied, "I know." If you are someone that values quality of your food, this place will do you right... wayyyy healthier than any chain pizza. It will become a joy of your life, just dont bother going in July, the whole family/store goes to Italy every year to visit relatives. Just writing this makes me want to get a large sausage and mushroom for dinner. oooooo Faracis!!

Local family owned pizzeria. Been going here since the late 1970s. Among the very best St. Louis style pizza in the region. And yet, less expensive than the big name chains you always hear in adverts. Yet the crust has tooth and flavor and is crispy and has pull. The sauce is savory tomatoy goodness, not sweetened like the big chains. The toppings are fresh and are a truly better quality. The meats they use are way better and more flavorful. Toppings are more generous. (They have anchovies for a topping!!!!) The toasted ravioli and garlic bread are also the best. Yet the prices are WAY less than the large chains everyone know about. The wine and beer selection are good too. A nice place with real atmosphere and a nice dining room.

If all you want is pizza then its great. The pizza keeps us coming back even if the owner is not nice. We had a large group spent hundreds of dollars and stayed to have drinks afterward. The owner stared us down and when we were leaving told us how much money we cost him. Most of my family has not been back since. I wanted to take some friends out with kids. The moms walked in with the kids and the owner said it would be almost a two hour wait. Not knowing this one of the dads walked in said he had ten (10) people and they told him he could sit right away. =( No kids menus and not much variety on the menu. Above average pizza.

Had a mistake with my card, absolutely the best pizza in st louis, and when I called to fix my issue Vince replied our mistake Im sorry, swing on by and I will just give your cash back. I have been in the service industry, as well as rand a Dominos pizza and trust me you would never get that response from them. They would have said give it 2-4 days and your money will be back in account, I love that he just room care of it on the spot and add that to the fact that its thr best pizza in town and I will definitely be going back for more.

Theres no better Pizza in the ST Louis area. Any place that can hang a "Closed for vacation" sign on their front door, for a week out of the year, and stay in business in this economy should give you a hint how good it is. Any place that has a bus crash through their front door and still have a line of people waiting for pizza should give you a hint on how good it is. This place reminds me of Imos before they went franchise and only had 2 location in ST Louis. If youve never had this pizza, your missing out.

11 years ago I discovered this fantastic restaurant in ellisville right off of Manchester road, and Ive yet to be dissapointed in the category of food, service or authenticity. The pizza is incomparable to any other ive ever had - you can taste the difference in the ingredients being so fresh. The pasta has never failed me once to be anything but delicious, and the cheese bread and toasted ravioli are always worth the wait. No matter how long the line at Faracis, I will always be a loyal customer.

THE BEST PIZZA IN ST. LOUIS!!!! hands down! Great pizza, pasta, and their home made salad dressing is fantastic! The service is excellent, the food is fantastic, and everyone is always in a great mood. A real family experience so dont be afraid to bring the kids! To top it all off they will take the time to provide for a large group or a big take out order for your partys! Fantastic Food, people, and environment! I would definatly suggest that you give Faracis Pizza a try!!!!!!

Some one told me that eating this pizza would help your hair grow back. I traveled from Regina Saskatchewan to test this out. I ordered the pepperoni and Sausage pizza and omg this was the best pizza I have ever had. On a side note before we had left the building my eyebrows had turned jet black and had grown approximately 6 inches. Not the intended result but it is now confirmed. Go here for the best pizza ever and hair regrowth. ( your results May Vary)
