Visiting the area, I used the drive to obtain my favorite cup of coffee. As I was handed the cup it appeared light but I brushed it off (having been to Starbucks countless times - it never occurred to me to check the content) As I stopped at the next red light I opened the lid and found my venti cup HALF full. I called the store, spoke to shift/team leader Jasmine who said I could come back for a replacement. Explained I was headed to the airport, she "stated" my receipt was in her hand and would refund my card. Well, that didnt happen and no one with any "title/responsibility" is ever available. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

This place shows just how far Ferguson his come since 2014. Lots of students from Florissant Valley Community College come here to study, and meet up with others, and, for Starbucks, it at least has a little bit of tailoring for the local area, having a community board, and a poster of Ferguson, even selling mugs with the word "Ferguson" on them.

This starbucks location has a confusing parking lot, drive thru situation like all of the new locations in the St Louis area. However this location excels at having mobile orders ready and they actually call your name when they are done with it instead of just letting it sit. Take note Edwardsville and Collinsville.

I love this Starbucks, the staff is friendly and helpful, the drive through is super fast and accurate. And, the store is nicely organized, clean & comfortable for when I feel like having a leisurely chat with a friend over great tasting coffee!!
