I am still sitting in their parking lot . Felt compelled to write this now! The ladies behind the counter, especially the one serving the food must hate their jobs !! She barely looked at me and the entire time had a disgusted look on her face. Taking my order was a tremendous inconvenience to her!! All she said to me was "what do you want" !!! I have been to many other qdobas and will return to them but the customer service here was so atrocious that I will never return. I am a General manager of another business here in chesterfield valley so I would have been in frequently.

My mom and I came to this store on a Monday, and the staff started out friendly, by the time we got to the end to pay, the gal at the check out tried telling us that they were out of water but we could buy a bottle of water. There were two managers on staff and neither of them said a word to this employee, she finally started laughing and thought it was a funny joke. My mother was ready to leave and I thought it was uncalled for. I am sad that neither of the managers were paying enough attention to this employee. I wont be back until that store cleans up their staff.

I knew it was not going to be good when we came to the front door and saw how dirty the glass was but we decided to give it a try and after five minutes of standing there listening to the employees complain behind the counter we turned around and left. Not sure what happened to this place but I love Qdoba and I hope they turn this one back around.

The cheese nachos are really good! Get the chips on the side! The portion sizes are enough for two people to share. Dont forget to do the survey on the receipt and get a free nachos and salsa next visit. Also join the club and start accumulating points for a free entree and special offers!

I placed an order for 158 ppl to celebrate an event at work today and Qdoba did an excellent job. Placing my order through catering was painless and the delivery, set-up and food was outstanding! Everyone loved it! Ill definitely call Qdoba for our next event.

Only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review. Just left the Chesterfield Valley location and the ladies behind the counter were absolutely rude. Will not go back to this location again. They can keep their eyerolls and terrible service.

The staff was some of the rudest I had ever experienced anywhere. Walked in to pick up a big catering order for our office and was treated like a huge inconvenience to them. Go to the one on Clarkson Road. They are always friendly and polite.

Good food! Staff is pleasant, but by the end I felt like I pissed them off since I came in 45 minutes before close to take out some food. I can only imagine how they treated the people who were walking in after me!

The manager left the one poor girl out front, alone, with 8 people in line. Her top priority was putting chairs up, slamming them on the table, 2 hours before they closed. Awful customer service.

3 cheese nachos or tortilla soup is the best. Cant really tell the difference in the new queso much, at least in these dishes. This location is particularly nice.
