Its a great store with amazing employees BUT!! The new manager Jean is horrible!! She cursed out a fellow employee several times where other people could hear. Im no expert but I work in a place of business aswell and had I done that id be fired instantly. Someone with power should not be able to do these things without being held accountable as anyone else would be. With that visit I lost respect for the management in this store and made me feel bad for the employees because no one deserves to be talked to that way. To be honest it pissed me off and I wanted to say something to stand up for the employees because as a loyal customer spending numerous dollars there it shouldnt be that way. The employees naturally couldnt say anything because they would be fired of course but I want someone that has power to read this and know that the new manager of that store is gonna drive out business as Ive heard several people say they will not be returning to the walker location because of whats happening. Jean is terrible and must be removed from management or she will drive away business!!! Im highly pissed off and if she is ever in there when I go there I will turn and walk right back out the door. Jean has a way to make customer and employee feel unwelcomed. This is real and I wanted to take the time express my experience with what happened. We are all human and dont deserve someone power happy talking down to anyone. So for Jean she gets a F but for the employees A+ always a pleasure with them.
