The floor was VERY slick---as if they had mopped it with grease from the french fry vat. All customers were slipping on it and I mentioned it to the manager. He replied, "Oh. I didnt know that." And he did nothing about it. It was around 11:15 a.m. and the place was not busy but our orders took forever. I kept going back to check on it and the manager said, "Sorry. We have some problems." My Guest Satisfaction survey receipt lists the code as "XXXxxx" and the phone number as "xxx-xxx-xxxx"; so I cannot complete the survey or call them. No problem. I can eat at numerous other local places, and I will.

Food wasnt fresh the fries were warm but you could tell they were stale bad attitude like they didnt care and the ice cream geez me and my mom smores and we asked for extra gram cracker but I think they gave us more Hersheys instead and the were over flowing I had it pouring in to my lap like niagara Falls all around not a good place to stop

Every time Ive visited this Dairy Queen, Ive had a great experience. Ive came in alone, and with really large groups of people and the service has always been speedy and correct. The cashiers are super nice, polite, and the establishment is incredibly clean. Theres no where else in Vicksburg Id rather go for a sweet treat.

Very clean location. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the best GQs Ive had the pleasure of visiting. You have redeemed DQ for me. I had stopped frequenting DQ due to unclenliness, and slow, unprofessional staff at my local DQ in Clinton. Thanks for an awesome experience DQ Vicksburg!

The Fris were OLD the burger was just nasty tasting and looking the stake finger came with no gravy it was NOT a place to send some one kids were running and pushing each other out the back door this was about8:30 Friday night will not be back

This restaurant evolved since its opening in Vicksburg. It was subpar at best when it first opened. Now, it has gotten increasingly better, and I go from time to time. You should try it if youre a fan of DQ, and you shouldnt be disappointed.

No customer service, no enthusiasm, dirty and the food was not fresh. No manager in sight and I should have made a big complaint but with what I could tell of the employees, I would have been wasting my time. One star for my kindness.

Order a funnel cake and it was stale they made me another one but wasnt much better but on the plus side my friend git a dipped ice cream cone and it was huge

Waited over 20 minutes for our food and then had to ask for it. Left without even trying to get our ice cream sundaes. Food was cold when it came.
