3 visits after work First time, couldnt remember a simple 3 item order and 2 of them were drinks and took forever Second time, asked me to repeat order 3 times after waiting in the drive thru which was really long, but Im sure that was because of the 4 employees outside smoking and talking on their phones then order was wrong.... Third time, actually not that long of a wait so I was actually impressed they got the order right except for both of the orders of chicken were either undercooked/raw or really old so in conclusion Great place if you wanna get A drink

BLESSINGS to the owner of this location on Juban Road. He flew a helicopter out over the flood waters to open this location --- NOT to make money BUT to allow displaced people to use his bathrooms and he gave away drinks - yes FREE drinks to all who were stuck on side of the road. MY SON - Kolt Kays was one of those people. He also allow my son to hook up a water hose to his camper from the resturant. Truly a Blessing to this hurting community. Thank you so much.

Wow, this is the cleanest fast food restaurant Ive been to in a long time. They seem fully staffed, so there was only a very short wait to get my food. I was served my blizzard upside down and the burger and fries were cooked just right! I see now why the dine in is full, good quick service and great food done right.

Very rude counter employee. Was very very rude and then our order was all wrong. Didnt say anything to the rude employee, but did complain to the assistant manager and was told they have many of the same complaints from other customers, my question to him was "Why is she still here". Have not been back.

Food is ok. Burger joint style. The meat is standard frozen patty. Ordered the strawberry and banana smoothie with extra banana, it arrived very very watery. Ive ordered this b4 with good results. Guess its hit and miss.mostly miss. Ive eaten here maybe 10 times.

Receipt said 12:25 pm. Got food at 1:00 pm which can be tough with kids. They forgot my kids bottles water so I had to go back and get those. We will probably still go back because my kids like the ice cream but some one needs to tighten up.

The place was awful. Always order the blizzards for them to hardly put any thing in them. Tonight I had to take it back in there was no Reeses at all. My sons strawberry sundae had no strawberries just the syrup. Very disappointing

The Juban Rd. DQ is evidence that it is location, location, location. If you go in to get some to eat, you might want to bring a snack to eat while you wait, even if they arent busy.
