Was initially a bad experience last night on 5/9 then a call to the Kitchen Manager - made me change my mind to try again. Worker gave me chicken instead of steak and was extremely rude asking over and over "do you want me to re make it", I was like... I wanted Steak, what does that even mean, I want a different meat I am not sure what you need to do. My husband said that he would take the chicken in his burrito, and instead she scooped it out and threw it away in front of us. I called the kitchen manager, she was professionally and got all of the details, the ticket number and said she would make sure that it never happened again. Kudos to good management. She kept offering free meals but we didnt want that, however generous to offer.

Go here about once every 2 weeks, food is always great but recently Ive had to wait 30-45 minutes just to order. You should not have to wait ALMOST AN HOUR to get a burrito. Its actually starting to get ridiculous, every time I go in there theres a line wrapped halfway around the store and the service is always slow. Makes me not want to go there considering I could go to the other one 20 minutes way and get my order in 5 minutes.

Went in at 11am. I had terribly small servings, to the point where the older lady put about 6 pieces of steak on my burrito and I had to ask for more. Everything tasted like it was left over from yesterday. Steak was way too well done where it was dry. Rice was hard and pico de gallo also wasnt fresh. Worst chipotle I have ever been to and wont be going back again. Maybe I was just unlucky and it was a bad time to go in.

My absolute favorite place to go if I want fresh food with an inexpensive menu! The place gets pretty packed during dinner time and on Saturdays throughout the day. Im rating 4/5 because sometimes when theyre busy they can be a little sloppy and not always listen to how much, or how little, of an ingredient you want. Overall, great quality!

Ive been to this location twice. Both times I was very dissatisfied. The second time they completely forgot to put the chicken on my fajita and I failed to notice until I got home :( The exterior of the building is also very dark. Poor choice of color in my opinion. The other locations look nice.

This chipotle is wonderful! They are especially good at preparing food for celiacs. All you have to do is tell them (or write a note on your order online) and they will use an entirely safe area to prepare your food. I am a very sensitive celiac and have never been glutened there!

I am celiac, and they had no issues in accommodating that! I always get sick at all chipotles. Except the one in Belton mo! They have a separate station where they made my food! Chipotle headquarters please make this part of all your restaurants!!!! Thank you Belton Chipotle!

Food was fresh and delicious! They also cater to gluten allergies. If you tell them about it, the entire "assembly" replaces their gloves and utensils to avoid any cross-contamination. Employees were friendly and happy to offer suggestions and advice.

By far the worst Chipotle in the area. The people making the food are rude, they skimp on cheese and meat and respond rudely when you ask for more. We love Chipotle but would rather drive farther to go to a better one.

People who find this rest. 5 stars need to try some other Chipote stores and re rate beltons . after 6 of thier skimpy meat portion burritos ill drive to the 131st & state line store for a great 5 star meal.

The food is great and if you like Mexican food, Chipotle serves healthy versions of burritos, tacos, and bowls. You can control portion sizes while getting your favorites. Worth a visit.
