Sometimes service is measured not by how well everything is performed, but how well you are treated when everything doesnt go as it should. Such was the case when my wife and I visited Pass Books for a cup of coffee. On ordering I asked if ceramic cups were available, told yes, and I placed my order for two cups of special brewed coffee in ceramic cups. When the coffee arrived (they brew each cup separately) they were in paper cups. I voiced my displeasure and was told they were out of clean cups, "were washing them, and they would be out within a couple minutes." My paper cups were complementary and the ceramic cups would be out in just 2 or 3 minutes. Our server, Cody, was apologetic and very professional. He saved the day. The coffee turned out great and we will return. First class place and first class service. Thanks Cody.

First time there and not a coffee drinker but thought it would be a nice place to see with my young son. Asked for the wrong coffee not knowing and was told that was a Starbucks Coffee. Once again not a coffee drinker, but went with the suggested drink close. As we were waiting for my coffee less than 15 feet away, server proceeds to tell other employee I asked for a Starbucks Coffee and offended her. My son heard it and was stunned at the remark. Guess that will be our first and last visit and stick to Starbucks or Coast Roast. Sorry for offending your staff.

I love it here. It is like an escape from life for an hour or so. Wifi is available upon request and is speedy, the views are gorgeous, and it is a great place to study. My favorite beverages are the Caramel Machiatto because they always come out just right, and the Mandarin Silk black tea because it is so smooth and the shop provides all of the garnishes and fixing you could want with it. Truly great products and the staff are always looking to please.

Ill start by saying I never post reviews, but this place deserved a review. The dress attire and professionalism of the staff was great. Beautiful view of the beach on the outside lounging area. A multitude of a books on the bottom floor. The 2nd floor has many books by Mississippi authors. The food was delish and the coffee was perfect. What more could a girl ask for? Highly recommended for a relaxing place to enjoy your morning.

This is the ultimate coffee hideout. Its my third visit, and each time, the service has been outstanding. The folks who work here must love their jobs. My go-to drink is a skinny or soy latte with 2 Splendas, which I get to enjoy on Cat Islands fabulous veranda overlooking Pass Christian beach. Its difficult not to love. And there is no other place like it for miles.

Microwaved English muffin and egg product with crispy bacon was chewy. Girls suggested Belgian waffles were good. Coffee was decent. Grammys donuts is the place to go with kids of you dont have $25 in your pocket.

Fantastic coffee and pastries with fantastic views. Some of the best coffee speciality drinks on the gulf coast. All of their pastries are made in house and the macaroons are amazing. Give it a try if your nearby.
