Ive been to this location many times and in my experience they are the slowest moving staff I have ever seen at a Caribou. I typically go between 5:30 and 6 a.m. so there is not very many patrons. A trip through the drive through will likely take 5-10 minutes and that is with only one or two cars in line. Sometimes you go to the window and they have forgotten what you ordered or have not started to make your drink. Its very frustrating that a trip to the Caribou 2 miles out of the way would allow me to get to work faster than stopping here.

Not honoring perks because your perk system is down??? The perk was good for one day so tellling me to come back tomorrow is not useful. This isnt the first time we have had issues with our perks at this location. Caribou should be honoring perks whether their system works or not. People are not driving around using their perks at multiple locations. Give me a break!

Went to this location this morning. Asked for a half- caf chai tea. Was told there is no caffeine in a chai tea. Thought it was strange, but figured she worked there she must know what she is talking about. Googled it and found a chai tea has 85 mg of caffeine.

I had asked them to discard one previous Caribou coffee cup so I had room to put the TWO new ones I was purchasing (+$10)...I was told no, we cant take it because of health reasons. This location will also take 10+ minutes to prepare your drink, so plan ahead.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. They also provide drink recommendations based on your likes/dislikes. I love the atmosphere and will continue to come to this coffee shop location.
