So, Ive given the Moorhead Spicy Pie 3 chances and each experience was terrible. The first time I ordered pizza for some friends and I online. The order went through and said it would be approximately 30-35 minutes for delivery. So, after 45 mintues we start to get a little irritated. Then, after an hour has gone by I call and ask for an update on my order. A younger guy answers and I give him my info, he then hesitates and says "oh, its in the oven right now, it should be there in around 30 minutes" aka they totally forgot about the order and hadnt even started it yet. Then another hour (yes, an hour passes) and I finally get a ring at the door. After getting the food and with me describing my horrible experience, I dont even get any kind of offer for a discount, gift card or anything. Just terrible. The second time wasnt as horrible as the first, but after placing my order via cell phone it took an hour instead of the 20-25 minutes they initially promised. The third time was pretty awful. I placed an order online for carry out that said my pizza, zeppolis and garlic bread knots would be ready in 20 minutes. So, my fiancé and I got to the restaurant after 20 minutes and politely went to the counter to ask if our order was ready yet. The guy at the counter just stared at us for a bit and looked around a bit and all he said was "uh, not yet" so we sat at the nearby table and patiently waited. And, in classic fashion, 10 minutes went by. Then 15. Then before we knew it, it was 45 minutes later. People who showed up after us were even given their food before us! It was getting ridiculous. So, we then go up to the counter and ask a different, albeit equally incompetent employee whats taking so long and said he would go check. He comes back from the warming oven and says "oh, it has been ready for a while now"...are you kidding me??? We had been sitting around, waiting for our order and all the while it was sitting in the oven getting lukewarm. At this point my fiancé and I have had it up to HERE with Spicy Pie. But it gets better-when we get our stuff there are no zeppolis. Then the guy says "oh yeah, the machine that makes those broke down today". You think you could have let us know that right after we placed the order instead of waiting until after you give us the order an hour and a half late??? To top it all off, all that was offered were a couple free cookies and that was only after we pushed for something. There was no discount, gift card or significant free food offered to compensate once again. Im not one to push for free stuff, but at this point I was so frustrated that something other than a cookie would have been nice. Sorry for the long winded review but if it saves someone from ordering from this Spicy Pie, then its well worth it. The staff they have there are very unprofessional and stare at you more than anything. I wish I were making this up, but Im not. I would give it less than 1 star if possible.

Ordered to go in store and waited for 30 mins. In the midst of frustration once my food can to me I left in a hurry only to find when I got home I was missing a slice of pizza. It was not worth my time to jump back in my car to drive back and wait for another 30 minutes for the other slice. This store has disappointed on other occasions. Food still tasted good so 2 stars. Poor service.

Horrible experience I was in around 12:48am on Sunday the 20th. We get our pizza its burnt and has no toppings on it. So depressing especially when we have had no problems before and always love there pizza. Just hope something changes or the people working get talked to and change what was ever wrong that night.

First time ordering delivery and first time trying the food. Delivery is fast , employees are great , and the food may be the best in the FM area. Its got that homemade non greasy appeal. I would recommend it to literally everyone. From the pie to the nachos. Thanks guys.

Just ordered in store 2 slices to go. There were maybe 5 people in the store and waited about 20 ish minutes for the slices. Get home and they are not what I ordered. Not even the same ball park. Ordered 2 BBQ chicken and got pineapple and ham.

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I waited 45 minutes for the pizza, called after that passed, was told another 15-20, waited until that passed. All said and done it took an hour and a half to get a cold pizza!! NEVER AGAIN!

Spicy pie is the bomb! Pizza slices made the way you want it, what more could you ask for? Happy hour is also pretty awesome, buy 4 drinks or a pitcher of beer and get a large one topping for $5.
