I, and a couple of my friends frequent Broadway Pizza every Tuesday night for dinner and bingo, so we are considered regulars. We even sit at the same reserved table each week. We love the servers there and are on a first name basis with several of them as well as the manager, Billy. They make us feel so welcome, and we love the music selection that is played. I do have a complaint, however, about the lasagna that two of us ordered last night. The first time it was brought out to us, it was cold in the middle so of course we sent it back. Every establishment has an "off" night, but its the way that the situation is handled that is important. What was brought back out to us did not even resemble lasagna. It was obvious to us that our plate of food was merely put in the microwave rather than doing the right thing which would have been to make us up a fresh new order. Trying to save a few pennies is not always the best way to go. The noodles were nearly non-existent because everything had "blended" together so all we could taste was the cheese. While the cook made sure it was hot, it was hardly tasty and I sent more than half of mine back to be thrown out. The owner was the one that delivered this food to us and he clearly should have seen that the food was not up to Broadways standards. He was also the one to pick up the food seeing most of my order was still on the plate. What should have been done right then and there would have been a sincere apology and ensure us that we would not be charged. That did not happen. As a person who used to be a server, I would have been embarrassed to present this to my customer, especially one that is there every week. To make matters worse, when I asked for my bill, there was no credit offered to me, I had to ask for it. Poor management and equally poor customer service.

My kids and I went there yesterday to check out the lunch buffet. There wasnt much to choose from and the pizza that was out had clearly been sitting there for quite a while. It looked disgusting and tasted just as bad as it looked. We each tried a slice and got some stuff from the salad bar. My kids also tried one mini wrap and some of the noodles. My kids refused to eat anymore and I wasnt going to eat anything that was up there either. I asked the waiter if they could please put out a fresh cheese pizza, he went in the back to ask whoever was in charge of that and then returned and told me they would not do that. I asked him to look at what was on the buffet and if it looked edible to him. He didnt answer me, so I just told him that it looked gross and that we were done. He ended up taking off one of the kids buffets, but we left still hungry because the food was not edible. I dont understand why they wouldnt have just put a fresh pizza on the buffet with about an hour still left. We will definitely never go back to that place because of the inedible food and poor service we received.

My daughter made reservations for 15-20 people for a birthday celebration we was running behind like 15 minutes so we call to let them know when we got there it wasnt enough room for our party so we ask if we could speak with the manager to let her know we need more room she said because we where late she gave our tables away there was a room that was empty that could accommodate us she said no we couldnt use it and was very rude and disrespectful we where there until 10:30 at night cause she promise us we would have 2 server but we only had one but he was great (Carry) the food was cold and not good at all the best thing about this place was the server (carry) he did an absolutely great job I would not recommend this Broadway to anybody they not customer friendly and did not try to help us in anyway and we spent over $500

We were coming here every couple of weeks for a little over a year, mostly because our 3 year-old daughter loves the train. Service had been pretty good overall. The food is average. However, just a little while ago, upon leaving the restaurant, we were engulfed in the cigarette smoke of three smokers, who were smoking just outside the entrance. I normally am not bothered by the smoke from one person smoking, but three -- that was a LOT. And my poor daughter had to walk through that cloud of smoke. I called the manager (Mike) right away and asked if hed move the area -- and though he was very polite and understood what I was saying, he wasnt going to move it. It could have been an easy fix. I guess its time to vote with our dinner dollars and take our business elsewhere.

We loved the broadway pizza in brooklyn park and just moved out to the MG area. We ordered pizza via delivery at 5:00pm. It said it would be delivered to our house at 6:45. We assumed this meant they were busy and that would be around the time they could get to our order. Pizza arrives at 6:45 sharp.. And its nice n cold. I call the manager who gives me an attitude and doesnt even apologize. We get a 20$ gift receipt in the mail. Last night we take advantage of this and we get the name delivery time. Once again, the pizza arrives cold. This pizza is pretty pricey for them to be unable to just deliver a pizza 2.3 miles. Pathetic.. I will be calling the manager and getting 20 dollar gift receipts until this place figures out to just bring warm pizza.

Had a birthday party there with 12 people last night. We called in a reservation for 12 @ 4:30 and we got a room in the back. At 5:30 someone came and asked us to be done in 20 minutes because another group needed the room. With tip we dropped $200. Food good ......Service good .......Place was a mess.....Not going back. I guess they dont need our business

Got delivery from here. Pizza showed up ice cold. Im pretty sure the guy carried it up to the door like a football because the cheese was only covering one half of the pizza. The pizza was so mushy it would fall apart when picked up. It was so bad me and my girlfriend wished we had just popped the $5 Jacks frozen pizza in the oven instead.

Arrived for dinner with three small kids. It was not that busy. We were told the wait was 30 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes, we were told the wait would be at least another hour. Small kids dont wait 2 hours for food. Staff has no idea how to manage expectations - let alone a restaurant.

My food took forever to show when my wings came they were dry and over crispy...ordered more wings took another 10min my wings still werent ready to eat 30minutes waiting... meanwhile Im seeing people coming and going and Im still hungry... Im over it will never eat at this location again.
