First of all, let me say that I eat Little Caesars a lot. As in, 2-3 times per week. I love the lunch combo. That being said, this location is awful. Terrible. Atrocious. The help was very unfriendly, the pizza was missing cheese on 1/3 of it, and 4 slices of pepperoni were missing. Yes, I know exactly how many slices of pepperoni go on each slice of deep dish pizza (4), and they cheated me by 25%. The crust was weirdly thin on the edges, as well. To top it off, their soda selection looked like Animal from Sesame Street had ravaged it. Ive been to many, many Little Caesars locations, and this was the worst. Please drive further to the Kenwood Trail location and find out what Little Caesars is supposed to be like. I give 2 stars simply because the Hot and Ready Lunch combo was indeed hot and ready to go.

We have frequented this location many times since they opened and have always had great service and friendly employees. Tonight was the worst service ever. They wanted to charge me an additional $5.50 for one extra item. I tried to pay with a $50.00 and was told they did not accept these but there were no signs anywhere stating that they did not accept them. We had to wait as we ordered two specialty pizzas which was fine but when they called us they made the wrong pizzas and we werr told "well theres nothing we can do and if you want the right one youll have to wait." I chose to get my money back and take my business elsewhere. That is after I had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to figure out how to open the cash drawer

They closed the location on Kenwood Trail without warning. Drove over to the other location on Glasgow Way and low and behold 8 people in front of me waiting for their order. Ive been going to the Kenwood location since it opened and there has been a wait of 10 minutes or more. DONT ADVERTISE "HOT AND READY" when its not. I also asked why the Kenwood location was closed and its due to not being busy. I continued to be loyal for this long trying support a veteran owned business. Ive had my share of under done pizza. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Pizza was hot, that was really the only good thing about my experience. The restaurant was empty, now I know why. It was filthy (pro tip: before purchasing drinks check out the shelf with the 20 oz bottles near the registers. Its disgusting) Ill post photos. The cashier didnt smile, didnt seem like she wanted to be there, which was apparent by how much she was using her phone instead of cleaning or restocking. People in the back were working hard.

Horrible service, front counter lady made everybody wait 7 min for pizza, everybody being so patient 15 min later somebody had to ask her for there food, and thought they were ordering. Its just rude to have somebody work there and not remember people food. There was a total of 5 people waiting and the food was ready after 7 min she just was being rude and lazy and not handing it out

Terrible experience. I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni and they wanted to charge me 7.50 Really your only putting half the pepperoni on a pizza you charge 5 dollars and want to charge me 2.50 extra for half cheese and half pepperoni. Im saving you money by putting pepperoni on half the pizza. You should rethink this!! Gonna tell all my friends about this.

Service is zo bad, most of the time they are understaff and out of ingredients to even make pizza, this place needs to close its doors or find a manager that knows how to run this location. Went tbere today no pizza would not make any becuase of no ingredients and no workers, finally place a note on door at 6:15

Went to this location after church to grab lunch for the family. Their sign and online said they opened at 11, their door was even open when we walked in at noon. They turned us and quite a few other people away and said they werent open yet and the crew was kind of rude about it too.

Can you sell cardboard inside cardboard? :( Its fills the gut, but has nothing more to offer than the "fast food" glamor. Overall Tasteless. Bread sticks are bread/sticks. Tasteless. Id rather eat Soylent Green. :)

Best Value in Pizza, and Fast. Always "Good". Tastes as good as pizza you pay double the price for elsewhere, in my experience. Ill never pay $17.99+ for delivery pizza thats often not as good ever again.

I enjoy this food, but disappointing when there is a big fancy screen that says. Pepperoni ready now! And I have to wait almost 20 minutes to get it. The customer service was poor...

Be prepared to wait for your hot n ready pizza when you come to this location. Too bad they closed the Kenwood trail one... youre simply out of options.
