They should call you guys Great World Pizza! I love the pizza but have noticed that since moving to the new location that you no longer put out pan crust pizzas. I also noticed that there is only one buffet and not a second. You should either get a second buffet line or move back across the street....I liked that better. I have spoken with at least 4 different waitresses and they all say the same thing regarding customer complaints. No flow for people to get in and out of the restaurant when they are done. It is hard to get by the congestion at the single buffet line to use the bathroom. To this day I still dont know if I start at the front or the back of the buffet line? The most common one of course, "Why is there an extra area for people and a buffet in the back, but it is not being utilized at this time?" I think you could easily correct this problem (even if it means charging everybody another $.50 or $1.00). Another idea would be to move your salad bar to the middle of the buffet line. Then you put pizzas on both sides of the salad bar and branch out from there. This way you could avoid congestion because we all know people dont visit the restaurant for the salad bar! Now you could justify having lines from both sides and you could keep your precious back area for big groups or special events. (I have been over at least 5 times at your new location and have never ever seen anything going on in the back) Thanks for the great pizza and make sure to serve up some more medium crust or pan pizzas...let me know when they are coming and Ill come right on over.

The pizza was definetly good, however, the service of my server Nicole A. on 1/15/2016 between 9:30 and 10:30 pm was horrible. This was my husband and I first time visiting and she made sure that she avoided us every second she could. She took our order and not suprising to us, she took forever getting it to us, so long that another server had to bring it to us.(thank you, whoever you are) She was very rude to us, yet super nice to every other table we saw her waiting and serving. She didnt even have the decency to bring us our bill, the other server did. The place was most definitely not busy at this time so I am not sure as to why her behavior was this way. Well, I can guess, but Im not the one to play the race card, but Im 99.9% sure it had something to do with it. Like I said the pizza was great, we even got a few dollars discount for some reason and we plan to visit again, but maybe during the day where the atmosphere is a little better. I give 2 stars because Nicole A. was just rude towards my husband and I. I hope she sees this as well as the manager so this issue can be addressed.

They may have great pizza, but Ill never know. Just got into town and tried to order delivery, and was met with extreme rudeness on the phone. I obviously was taking the valuable time of the short-tempered man who answered and asked "pickup or delivery". I said delivery [sigh]...told him it was a hotel [deeper sighs]...told him the name and room number and he asked for the phone number- it took me a minute to find it because it was not on the card on the telephone [muttering "oh my god" loudly under his breath]...I made my order and said I need to put in on a card [for a pizza!!!" he yelled]...Yes, I said, thats right. ["well we dont take your card, pal" he said]...I said bye. In Chicago, local pizzerias go out of their way to EARN their status as a customers neighborhood favorite, apparently not so here.

Typically I have the utmost great experience with Old World Pizza, but had one experience that turned me away for good. The pizza was inedible - absolutely terrible. Nothing about the pizza we ordered was good, and resulted in being thrown away as we popped in a frozen pizza for dinner. Upon calling the restaurant to speak with a manager, we were told a manager wasnt present. An email was sent without a reply. Another email was sent. Another call was made. Another email was sent without reply... One last email was sent stating a loyal customer was lost. To Torritos we go! Nom Nom Nom. Nice work.

If youre going here for the quality of pizza, youre going to come out winning. The ambiance/decor could use improvement though. Simply put...Ive had pizza from award-winning chains in Chicago, New York City, California....other places which have been featured on major food networks...this is THE best pizza in the Twin Cities. The lunch buffet is a PHENOMENAL deal, and the "Top of the Line" pizza is my "go-to" when i do carry-out. Dont pass this place up...help keep it in business!

No words exist within the deepest depths of the English language that could accurately describe my love for Old World Pizza. A once simple, humble, starving suburbanite of Inver Grove was transformed into a ravenous pizza extraordinaire after happening upon the vast array of fine foods gracing the buffet line. I highly recommend taking your very own journey to the Mecca of pizza. You wont regret anything but the fact you were probably too full for that final slice.

Tonight, my family and friends, totally 8, visited Old World Pizza. We have been here quite a few times. Tonight I finally took a few minutes to tell you how amazing this place is. It is family owned, fantastic food, and even better service. They are almost always wall to wall busy, but you would never know it with the quality and care of each table and each order. I would highly recommend this place to large or small groups, and definitely family friendly.

The decor reminded me of hospital cafeteria and the pizza itself was disappointing. The crust was frozen and pre-formed, and I would compare this place to Old Country Buffet for quality and price. Wouldnt you know it, my ex said it was "good," but he is also a heavy drinker and hoarder and not the best judge of quality (which is why hes an ex and no longer has any say in where I spend my money).

We ordered their "Top of the Line" pizza and it was burnt the first time so we ordered another one (which they let us get it free) and even the second one was burnt!!!! And he also said "Well dont order our Top of the Line pizza then" HOW RUDE! We should be able to order whatever we want and not have it burnt! People make mistakes but should not twice in one night.

Always excellent as it has been for over 30 years....drive 2 1/2 hrs home and always have to get my pizza fix!! Only problem was I got the wrong pizza I ordered "to go" to bring back home for the rest of the family...still was good...just not mine...oh well, everyones human...mistakes happen. Never a bad pizza no matter what you get!!

Wow, I found out about this place through Google Reviews. For only 6.45 you get about 10 kinds of pizza, garlic bread, cheese bread, pasta (chicken fetuccini alfredo when I was there), dessert pizza, and salad. The pizza is insanely cheesy, but the crust is still crisp. We will definitely go back again and again.
