Normally we dont have many issues with this location, but since there is no active Facebook page or an email to contact them, Im going with a review. We ordered delivery tonight and it took over an hour which we felt was okay since it was a holiday. However the portions were about half the normally amount and we were given 1 extra small box of rice to be split between both our meals. My cashew chicken had zero flavor. I didnt think that was possible. There was a sauce but there was no flavor to it and it was mostly celery and water chestnuts with about 4 pieces of sliced chicken. The other meal was mostly all sauce with hardly any chicken. I dont know what happened, but this was a complete waste of money. The only redeeming quality was the Chinese donuts. I will hopefully get a refund or at least a credit toward another meal because this was so disappointing.

Not sure why some are saying that theyre the best in town. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken, and a friend ordered the Hot and Spicy chicken. We didnt realize that I was ordering Kung Pao celery and carrots, and he was ordering hot and spicy onions and jalapenos......but....thats what we got. It was a bowl full of vegetables, with four or five pieces of thin flimsy chicken, for both meals. And no real flavor at that either. Usually when you order a chicken dish from a Chinese place, it comes with a bowl full of chicken with some veggies on the side. Apparently the meat is the side dish at this place.

I used to love ordering from Eddie Cheng! The last 3 times Ive ordered, Ive had to call an hour after to see whats going on and then they tel me they havent even started my order or my order is completely wrong. Do not use their online ordering system, because they dont even check it. I gave up and will finding a new place to order from. I probably would have just shut up and taken my food if they would have offered a discount or something for their mess ups. Online ordering is the only way for me to make orders while working, so thats disappointing.

I never expected too much given the locale, but the food has always been great. Plus they deliver, a big plus in this area. Unlike certain other reviewers (competitor, maybe?), never had to "take a scrap" for even 1 whole day, or "land up" in "te hospital" with a bad stomach, so I say it is the "bet," not the "wort." If youre going to give a phony review, at least make it plausible Months later after my last review, still the best "bet" Chinese food in Burnsville.

They dont know how to cook Chinese food, most of their stuffs are so nasty! They cant even make the most easiest Chicken Noodles Soup. They use soy sauce and MSG to make the soup base instead of using Chicken broth. Thats so gross! Besides, their sauce of the entrees are so thick. That makes me feel like eating some snot! I ended up throwing everything away. What a waste of money! I will never come back again!! Eww....

Seriously the best place to order Asian cuisine from in Burnsville. I have ordered a lot of Chinese food delivery in my day and nothing tops this place. Kung Pao chicken is always fresh. The vegetables have a distinct crisp and snap to them. General Tso sauce is amazing. My favorite are the egg rolls. Do yourself a favor and order two! Tip these people well, super friendly, efficient and never get the order wrong.

Great food but horrible employees. I ordered delivery from them and i didnt have any money for a tip and when i told him that he showed me the receipt and said "$14.37?" and i said "yep that sounds good!" and handed him $15 then he showed me the receipt again and said "no tip?" and we were taking for a good 5 minutes about how i didnt have any tip money (because i was babysitting) and he left shaking his head.

Good food, but I dont want to know the sodium content. This is primarily takeout - you can eat there but it is only a handful of tables. You can order online, in-person, or phone, but add AT LEAST 15 minutes on to whatever estimate they give you for when it will be ready. AT LEAST. Theyre not big talkers, but the food is good. Looks for discount coupons on their takeout menus.

Normally when I call my order is ready within 20 minutes. We like theyre sweet and sour chicken because its all white meat and not chewy pieces of chicken. Sometimes we slightly modified our order and they always accommodate us. We have ordered with them for over 4 years and are very pleased with the food and service.

takeout place until they delivered our food over an hour after ordering. The house fried rice was dry and crunchy and my moms entrees was so gross she couldnt even eat it. Waste of money and such a disappointment w/ that meal. May take awhile, if ever, before we order from there again.

This was probably the worst chinese food Ive ever eaten. The chicken was absolutely nasty, I doubt it was really chicken. The fried rice was bland and undercooked, I dont like my rice crunchy. I love the fact that they deliver, but after tasting the food I wont be calling a 2nd time.

Absolutely Tasteless and Inedible. Tried, House FR - Disgusting no flavor and skimp on anything for vegies, or protein, Egg Foo Yung, same and skimp on gravy. Unfortunately the only edible item was egg roll. Oh not to mention SLOW! 30 min to go in order and get food...

Dont go here. They forgot part of our order a few months ago and would not refund the price of the missing item. They said next time they would give us a free entree. We called to order today, and they would not honor it. This place sucks! Will never go there again.

Im always on the lookout for Chinese restaurants that have a good General Tso Chicken. This is the absolute best in the Burnsville, Savage, Shakopee area. They cook it in 5 minutes and the portions or amazingly large! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I love this restaurant! Its hard to find authentic Chinese cuisine around the metro area and this place has it! I just wish there was more seating available.. but for the price and the great food Im not complaining. Love it!

Long story short - food is mediocre and if youre going to order delivery, call them, as it turns out they do not pay attention to online orders (at least in my case) and you will be waiting 2 hours for your food.

The delivery guy is rude about recieving a tip. He tries to force you into leaving a specific amount. I believe in tipping but he makes you not want to. But their food is best in town♡

Very decent Chinese take out for reasonable prices. No atmosphere for dine in but clean and OK if just interested in eating quickly. Veggies are always nice and crisp tender.

Team Wildar loves this place. The price days once or twice a month but it is so worth it. I love the Hunan spicy and the shrimp with lobster sauce OMG its just marvelous
