Tonight, I watched the kitchen worker put chicken that had fallen on the floor, back on the buffet table....with me and another customer standing right there. And both of us said something to him about it. He then reached in to pull the piece of chicken out but couldnt decide which was the piece that had hit the floor. So he walked away. He then came back a few seconds later, with another kitchen worker who looked at the chicken but apparently couldnt decide which piece it was either. I then spoke up again and told them that they should just take the whole tray back and bring out some fresh. But Instead of even putting on a show of taking it in back and dumping it in another batch, they just left it sitting on the buffet table. After cautioning a couple of other customers who where coming up to the buffet, I went and talked to the hostess. She then walked over to the buffet, looked at the chicken and then told me she didnt see the dirty chicken. So, she walked in back, to the kitchen, and then walked out a few second later...returning to the register. After a couple of more minutes, just looking at my still full plate, I then walked up to the register and asked if they where just going to leave the contaminated chicken there for people to eat. She told me that they where. So, the family and I left our full plates sitting on the table and as we walked out I told them that me and my family didnt eat off the floor at home like dogs and that we certainty where not going to pay to eat food off the floor...and promptly walked out. And no... I did NOT leave a tip.

Initially the place was great but now, even though the food is fabulous, the service has gone down substantially. My family and I went there a few nights ago and most of the buffet was empty. When we said that most of the trays are empty, the manager answered "So, it is almost 10, what do you expect." This kind of service has deterred us from going there in the future. We paid the full price so I don't understand why we should not get the full service.

Very cheap Prices for this buffet.. If you dont have much money and want an all you can eat option..well you have found it.. Me and my children ate here getting 4 waters for $26.00.. It didnt break the bank. .. Nice staff.. Quickly refilled your drinks and gathering your empty plates.. Clean place.. Good variety of desserts.. Salads and sushi .. This is a must for anyone on a budget

Somewhat tasty but skimpy on the meat that should be in the dishes. Dishes are not spicy"" at all, really bland and lacking sophistication. The sushi bar was standard "simple rolls" looked OK but I didnt indulge. To be fair it is a buffet and in my experience this is not where one would get a gourmet meal however the service was good and the place was clean.

I took my daughter in May of 2012 to eat at new china for her 7th bday lunchtime suprise. The food was ok the service was terrible. Then my sister found a dead baby roach in her sushi, suprise. I showed a waiter and told him I was leaving and I was obviously not paying. We eat at Mulans now.

If you are looking for awful Chinese food, similar to what you would find at a truck stop or Econolodge....this is your place. They probably have 8 buffet stations and about 1.5 of these have something Chinese related food. Overall...awful awful place. I probably have typhoid fever now

Everything was cold theres nothing hot here to eat and the cooks stood by the door and just watched everybody scrape the pans a million times knowing that there was nothing left and still would not refill them with fresh hot food. Waisted our money and Im still hungry.

Want good food without all the fuss? This location is past its prime with old and dated decor but its clean and the food is just as good as any in town for less .the servers are almost too antentive and with no crowds you can get in ,get out. Moderate prices.

We enjoy going to New China to eat, our toddler absolutely loves the crab bake, its all she wants and shell eat everything, but thats all she wants every time we come. Good food, prices arent too bad (like some other chinese buffets).

I was impressed! The food was delicious and they have items other Chinese restaurants dont have. They while place was all around clean,near and sanitary! I would recommend this place to anyone. 2 plates and I couldnt eat dessert!

Tried a little of everything that they tried to pass as food. Mostly inedible garbage that was poorly cooked, overseasoned, greasy, sat there for what seemed hours or burned. The booths where dirty and service nonexistant.

This place was nasty... yes I admit it was good at its time but as of tonight that place is off my places to eat list!! literally nasty!! even the tea was gross... I was in and out of this place in less than 5 min!!!

Terrible.. I could even smell the soured rag they used to wash the pan and the smell was coming from the food. The soft serve ice cream made me wonder if I would get sick from eating it.

To be fair, we showed up 45 min before close. That said, many items on the buffet were missing and much of what was left was cold. will update once a fair visit can be made.
