Assistant manager, Mark. Is the rudest person i have ever met in customer service!!!!!! I asked him if they had chicken fajita bowls and he put his hands up in the air and roled his eyes at another co worker. And said "Now what is a chicken fajita bowl?(real sarcastic, like he was trying to intimidate me. Then i asked if they had the homeade biscuits and he said"biscuits??? (Real sarcastic in a high pitched voice) like i asked him the dumbest question ever! He then said"are u at the right store?" When i asked him about an item he tried would role his eyes each time and act all huffy any try to embarrass me in front of other people. This man has honestly got a problem and should not be a assistant manager whatsoever!!!!!! Thats why theres a few other rude workers there, it all bouls down to the management!!!!! I have not met the manager yet, but i plan to turn this assistant manager in, and if it doesnt do any good i will go higher!! That assistant manager acts rude like this everytime i am in there, this is totally uncalled for. Its the WORST CUB I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!! WILL NEVER EVER shop here again, with that rude of service!!!!!!

Nice people that work there clean my boyfriend had a handicapped in there was 4 cards free to you so he could shop at his pleasure and everybody was so friendly and courteous to him hes for Minneapolis first time that hes shop at your cub and he just was very impressed by all the people and staff in the store how clean and nice friendly he like that hes thinking of moving out here thank you I go there because Im just a cub person that always go there to do my shopping pick up my food when Im too tired to cook and the food is always fresh great sales thank you to all the cashiers the people that work hard stocking and the people that keep that place clean and the managers thank you so much for your store .

Ordered my sons birthday cake a week and a half in advance. Lo and behold imagine my surprise on the morning we went to pick it up and they didnt have a cake made. We had printed out the confirmation to confirm we actually did place the order. The only explanation we got was that it was a miscommunication between whoever took the order off and whoever makes the cake. We specifically ordered a construction cake to fit the theme of my two year olds birthday. Thanks Cub Foods for greatly disappointed me and more importantly my two-year-old on his birthday. I will never again order a cake from Cub because obviously you cannot trust what you order will actually be ready

Went in to this Cubs today and went to check out and a man named Tony that works there came up to the cashier and started whispering to the cashier about me. I then asked the cashier "what did he just say about me?" And the cashier said that he told him the name of the company you work for and was criticizing the company. I have been in this cub before and a lot of the workers there are so rude and gossipy about the customers. There is no professionalism at this store whatsoever! I have never seen such rude service in my life!

Horrible service in the deli area. Girl in the back looked at me 3 times standing there comes our to help people hot food area. Then the other employees help hot food area with out looking other areas. Guy comes with a big pick order two people stop to take careffect of him. I was there before him. Then she proceeds to continue to help in hot food area but after 5 minutes finally realize that oh other people standing there needing help. Very disappointed. Then the employee was talking to another customer about me.

Dont ever come here if you ever have to use the bathroom they will wrongly accuse you of stealing. They very wrongly accused me of just putting my wallet in my sweatshirt. I have been a long time customer there for years. Horrible store and horrible service. I will never come there ever again. Going to Hyvee.

One of the worst places to buy groceries in the metropolitan area. The pm deli workers are the worst. Wal-Mart has better customer service! I will never step foot in this store again. I would rather drive the extra mile and spend an extra dollar than go to this store.

Cub foods is expensive However its 24hrs and you can find everything. So if you need something after hours its a good place otherwise find a different grocerie store.

I loved the blue cheese stuffed olives they had at the olive bar. Then they shut it down. Now this place is nothing special for me. Its cheaper to go elsewhere.
