I ordered two times with Rose Garden, both online. Im always willing to try out new restaurants and yet, this is one of my worst experiences by far. While the prizes are affordable and even cheaper than other Asian restaurant and the food is good depending on what you order, I would probably pay a little more for better quality and better services. My first experience, I ordered one of their lunch specials online. My credit card was not with me, therefore, chose the option to pay at the store. When I got to the store a few minutes after my "desired pickup time," the front waiter had my order wrong and was going to charge me for two lunch specials. After explaining to them that I only ordered one lunch special, he looked confused and brought in another worker who asked me the same question and was going to charge me for two orders. I again, explained to them and even showed them my receipt that I received through email. Another worker, probably a manager, was called to the front and she had to go through their receipts and mine. Finally, they said they had given my order to another client who probably ordered two lunch specials but paid for one and received one. They asked me to wait another 15 minutes so that they can remake my order. I should have told them that I dont want the food anymore, but decided to be accommodating. I paid and waited. Food arrived after probably 10 minutes and I was able to leave to enjoy the rest of my lunch period. To my surprise, the lunch (Pork Katsu) was better than I expected and the miso soup was delicious, so I decided it must have been a bad start of the day for them. It happens to everyone. Second experience. Again, I ordered online and this time, I do have my credit card in hand. I decided to pay online and pick it up at the store. When I arrived, the worker in the front asked me to pay. I told her that I already paid online. Baffled by my words, she looked at the receipt and said that they couldnt have charged me since they could only see the last 4 #s of my credit card therefore I have to pay to get my food. I told her that their online website had requested for my payment information and I have already paid. I showed her my receipt and again she said theres no way I could have paid since they couldnt read my credit card information. She said asked my card and I decided to give it to her. Instead of signing the receipt, I then went into my bank app and log in. I presented to her the pending charges which was 2 charges from them. Again, she looked confused and wasnt sure why I was charged twice. I told her, one was from the online payment and the second one was from her. I told her Im not signing it and this is my proof that she charged me twice. She then went into telling me that my bank must have charged me twice and it isnt the restaurants fault. I told her my bank would not charge me twice. Because I still wouldnt sign the receipt, she then called in the store manager. The SM came and asked about the situation. I explained to her and showed her my pending statement on my card. She looked at their original receipt from the online ordering and showed me it (and was about to explain to me why I have to pay) when I noticed that toward the end it clearly stated: Prepaid. DO NOT charge. I pointed that out to the SM. After some discussion in Chinese, the SM decided to void my second transaction. Told me that if they did charge me more than once, then for me to bring in my bank statement and they will refund me my money. She explained that theyre not use to having people "prepaid" and didnt know how I was able to do it. I told them that "prepaid" was an option when ordering online. She went on telling me how prepaid might not be safe, etc. After twenty minutes with them, I decided that their food (Teriyaki Tofu-which was not good and loaded with sauce) and lack of good customer services will not bring me back a third time. Wished things could have been different.

Excellent food. As anyone who eats Chinese knows, reviews should always mention what they had. I had the Szechuan Chicken, which was medium-spicy and excellent. My wife had the Hunan Beef, which was lightly spicy and very good. Fried potstickers and wontons were excellent. All-in-all $33ish delivered, excluding tip. I wish I could rate this five stars since the food was great, but delivery time was 70 minutes from order. Unacceptably slow. The quality of the food definitely makes up for it some, but not all the way.

The best takeout Ive ever encountered. I ordered the pork Egg Foo Young, and it was cooked to perfection. The patties were crisp and well made, seasoned lightly. Normally plain white rice holds little appeal for me, but the Rose Garden did an excellent job with it, especially with their fresh made gravy. Also, I received a surprising amount of food for the price, and despite being a heavy eater, I will be enjoying my leftovers later. Thank you Rose Garden, five stars.

Delivery was fast and quality of dishes seems good across the board, we enjoyed everything we ordered. I havent delved to deep into their Japanese side of the menu however and I only really ever order out from here- the dinning room is usually deserted. Much better than huis, my old local go to Chinese shop but due to dwindling quality over the years Ive started looking for other places. This one and que viet in brooklyn center are my go to Chinese stops now.

My boyfriend and I wanted to go have lunch on sunday which theyre supposedly open at noon. They were not open and it didnt look like nobody was working. We were there waiting for a while. There was another couple with their child waiting too but it took too long and they left. Food is good and I have ate there before but their service sucks.

Excellent delivery time...we were told 35 to 50 minutes, The food showed up in 25 minutes. We ordered Pad Thai in beef and chicken, along with fried and steamed pot stickers. Perfect spice in both Pad Thai dishes. And pot stickers were light and cooked perfectly. Buy far best Asain food delivery we have had.

I dont know the food quality difference between eating inside the store and delivery. But I just ordered for delivery three chicken dishes and when it arrived it seems to have the same texture as frozen prepared chinese that you buy from the supermarket. Ill stick to panda express from now on for chinese.

Wonderful Asian restaurant. Food is great. Lunch menu perfect. Delivered promptly to your table. Quiet atmosphere. My friend and I love to meet there for lunch. When Im by myself, love to take lunch carry-out. Never more than 10 minutes, hot and fresh.
