Its a miracle this place is still in business. I worked there for over a year. To describe the horrors Ive witnessed back in that kitchen would require far beyond what Ill be able to accomplish in this review. I almost chose not to write this simply due to the fact that Google forced me to give Apple Valley Perkins one star, that being their lowest rating. I cannot in good conscience award even one star to Apple Valley Perkins. I worked at several other restaurant chains before my experience working for Perkins in Apple Valley. Nothing even closely compares to the disturbing experiences I had. My advice: stay away from this restaurant at all costs unless you have a death wish or have a particular fondness for bacterial infections. I would consider poison to be a far safer alternative to what they serve at this restaurant. I could go into detail but honestly you dont even want to know the things Ive seen. I would be a different person today, but thanks to Perkins in Apple Valley, I may never be able to step foot into a commercial kitchen ever again.

Ask for mark, best server ever always go to this Perkins over fancier restraunts because not only is the food excellent, the service is great, short wait for food, and pricing is fair. Understandably there are busy times and service to individual tables slows down just because there are so many people in here. The service is still excellent. They are very happy to work with you when ordering if something on the menu is not exactly what your looking for. They keep it very clean also. i have been here dozens of times and yes, there have been slight mix ups on orders but they correct it immediately when you tell the waiter. Make sure to leave excellent tips because they work way to hard for what i see people leaving on the tables. They go above and beyond to make an experience great. Understandably, there is no playing some people and there are people who have had bad experiences but for me, every time im here is a good meal.

First it took 30 mins to get our food. And than when it came out it was cold and the restaurant wasnt even busy. Than the waitress kept blaming the kitchen. So after we waited even longer for warm food I asked for an order to take home but asked it come when we get our check. Half way thru eating the to go meal showed up and it was on a regular serving plate. After they took it back to put in a box we waited another 10 mins to get it and our check. Ive never had such a horrible experience at a perkins in my life.

One of THE WORST PERKINS restaurant I have ever been to is the Perkins in Apple Valley, MN. To say that the food was horrible would be an understatement. I had this unfortunate experience about a month ago.They had us wait for about 40mins for the pancakes that seemed like were soaked in salt water or were made of salt. I mean them pancakes were so salty, I could hardly swallow second piece. Me and my kids just left the restaurant.

There was a darker colored lady working at3 - 11pm on December 27-29. This lady told me I couldnt sit down and was asked to leave . Before that she made a sexual reference about my"curves". I felt very offended and asked her to stop and she said okay sexy and walked away. After she realized I was serious she was mad I think I did not like her. She then asked me to leave and was very rude after that. I couldnt believe my eyes.

This place is busy on a Sunday, but the staff can keep up with the demand! Employees were all very nice, smiling and asking how to be of service. Quality of food was very good, and prices were cheap for how much food you get. My only complaint is parking, as it is a zoo! I think I did five laps looking for a spot. My recommendation would be come early so you can beat the rush!

The waiter was helpful and nice but seemed very busy. The cinnamon rolls were really good, and despite some requested changes to our menu items everything came out correct and hot. Hubby even burned his mouth =) when the waiter tells you "hot, hot, hot!" - - Trust him!

Ate there late night on Dec 25 and 26. The food and service was great however my friend and I both came down with FOOD POSIONING (lasted 5 days). Pretty sure it was Perkins since that was the only place we both ate together. Probably wont go back.

Always good food service is can be spotty depending on the time of day. It can be busy at times and have had 45 minute wait for food to come out after order on a bad day. On a good day you will have your food in 10 minutes or so.

Waitress spilled all the jellies on the floor and another one came and helped her l pick them up and she then put them on the table. Dont eat here! They told the hostess who also shrugged and did nothing! Dont eat here!

The waitress was very good but the other employees. Michelle she said "if I could walk around naked all day I would" then she brought out a stuffed animal and put it on the table to show it off worst experience ever.

I love Perkins, who doesnt love a place where you can have breakfast anytime, and anything for breakfast! How ever sometimes the service is poor, slow and unfriendly. Other times service can be great too.

Its Perkins. Diner food. Great Breakfast. Not sure why people go for dinner. Omelets and pancakes . . . The pancakes with maple syrup are a flavor you come back for. Fast service and great for kids.

Tonight I ordered the Baked Potato soup. It came cold, asked to have it reheated, which was done, and it tasted like a bowl of mush. Absolutely horrible!
