RUDE, AUDACIOUS SERVICE: Ive eaten their food 3 times. It wasnt bad, wasnt the best... but I give it only 1 star because the last time I went (it was a year ago & Ill never return) I brought in a coupon that had been delivered to my mailbox. I live right near there & they had delivered coupons & menus to all the houses. So, I go in to order with this coupon sheet in my hand. No one was at the counter when I came in. I waited and double-checked the dishes I wanted, placed my order, & presented my coupon and the lady behind the counter began to argue with me about the coupon! She accused me of taking one from the pile on the counter near the register! I told her I brought it in with me, but she insisted that I had taken it and that I cant use it until I purchase food now & come BACK in with it to order next time! So, what, next time you can accuse me of STEALING coupons again & STILL not let me use it??! NEVER going back. You dont argue with your customers & call them liars. If I didnt have 4 little very hungry tummies there with me Id have just left & gotten pizza from Petrinos... I really probably should have. But, anyway, rude workers or owners & Ill never give them my business again.

Food is passable... service is 50/50! I assume there is a married couple who own this place; when the husband is at the counter he is kind, polite, and genuinely cares for his customers and business. When the wife is at the counter she acts like its an inconvenience youre in her establishment to spend money. Her disdain for life is forced upon every single person she interacts with. She got my order wrong twice in a row on the same visit, argued with me over what I actually ordered, then had the audacity to tell me to take a menu so that I could call my order in next time. As if that would have prevented her from messing it up...

Very dissapointing! Thought I would give that place another chance, but my dumplings I ordered were still pink in the inside. Lady at front counter was VERY rude to her workers and myself. Is this how she treats everyone? Never agian will I go there. This place ridiculous!

Good food for the price. Never had a problem and have been ordering from them for several years. Black Pepper Chicken is great the rest is very good but your regular Chinese food from most restaurants in America. I would recommend this without hesitation.

Just went here food was VERY bad. I ordered lo mein. It was way ocer cooked. The fried wontons were like rubber. It seemed refried.(im a cook i know). I now know why i was the only order at 8 on a friday night. Would give no stars if possible.

Don’t show up 30 minutes before closing they will throw your meal at you and if you’re not finished they give you to go containers and kick you out!! Not good customer service and the food is only so, so. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

My office is within a mile of Chinatown, so I find myself eating there at least a few times a month. The food is great, and the prices are better. I always get the sweet & sour chicken combination plate.

Chicken fried rice is the worst i ever had. Rice was still white. All it was was chicken and onion. No flavor very bland. Egg roll was pretty good.

The food, while a bit on the hot side, definitely has a great taste to it. Because of how hot it is, I can tell that the food was freshly cooked.

Lady at the front counter is an angel, sweet as can be. Get the Pad Thai with pork, its great, or the Black Pepper Chicken.
