I come to this location all the time. But, after today , no more. I ordered a ultimate club and a sunrise sunset. First, the cashier had to call Nieman several times. I guess she makes the sandwiches. Finally she came up front. Funny thing, the owner was in while Nieman was being called. Finally she came up front. My drink was ready. As I watched Nieman, she was rubbing something off the bread and then throwing it in the trash. Then she threw the bag away. She got to a piece that she decided to keep. Rubbed the back of it and started to make the sandwich. I asked what she Rubbed off the bread. "Oh, its JUST MOLD" Just mold! I dont want it. The other employees looked startled. They offered to make my sandwich. I declined. I asked Nieman if she thought selling molded bread was acceptable. She said bread get mold. Walked away and proceeded to the back where another employee was. Told the other person, what happened and started laughing. I wonder if she would use molded bread to make a sandwich for herself. I hope a tropical smoothie opens closer to my house. Because, I will never patronize this location again.

Usually when I order smoothies from here they have always been pretty good! unfortunately there is only one girl I typically like making mine as she seems she is the only one who always makes them perfect and has great customer service. Well I dont know who made them today because they werent good. I ordered two through the app and picked them up. They were chunks of ice in them both. Whoever made them did a horrible job. Im not sure if I will go back for awhile until I know things improve. I have been back since and the smoothies were better. However, the two men working the front had bad customer service skills. So Customer service can be a lot better! It has always been Just okay. Your workers could take not even a second and greet customers walking in and at the register, talk to, smile, and be more friendly to customers.

Went either Sunday or Monday it was about 40mins til closing time...Order 2 smoothies and both were terrible..Chunks of ice and fruit in both drinks myself and my wife were not happy ended up throwing them away just wasted ten bucks..And there was no flavor to mine just bland...I usually like going here..But now not sure...The employees seemed to be busy talking with each other..And in my opinion the damn radio is to damn loud for a place that uses blenders all day..Huh? what? huh..If you turn the radio down you could hear my order I shouldnt have to yell or lean forward in a cashier face to be heard

Normally love this place, but tonight we had to watch 3 smoothies and counting being made before ours and we ordered first. Then, its a mess and I havent seen so much fingers in food before. I can get past none of the employees wearing the right shoes to be in a food space, but if your hair touches your shoulders I would like for you to have it pulled back please... We will be giving it some time to come back and only because we really like and appreciate the main boss who is the shinning Grace of this place.

I go here all the time ONLY because its the one closest otherwise I would drive out to a further location to get a better experience but there seems to be no manager and it just seems so disorganized. Theres only one girl who I like to make my smoothie otherwise it turns out too watery or too sugary. I tried to order food one time and that one time I tried to order, they didnt have the produce to make it properly. Very disappointing. If it wasnt for that girl I would have rated this place with only one star.

I learned of TSC at work so I go to the location in Livonia. This location is closest to my house so i went. I was a bit disappointed because I placed my order over the phone. I got the chicken Caesar salad which was great and I ordered the Chia Banana Boost with what was supposed to have been strawberries but they put peanut butter in it. Customer service was good. Had my smoothie been correct I wouldnt have any complaints.

Dont really care for this location. The smoothie was made incorrectly so they remade it but it still was not as good as the one in Livonia. This is the second time we have purchased smoothies from this location and both times they seemed watered down like they used to much ice. The location in Livonia has better smoothies. Not sure I will go to the Westland one again

There was 4 employees behind the counter, but only one working. Ordered two jetty punches. Employee kept checking the smoothie mix and put it back on the blender several times. Smoothie was literally just strawberries and ice for $8. Threw them away. Very unhappy with this experience.

I was referred to it by a trustworthy friend. I had the chipotle chicken club which was amazing. I took a gamble on the pomegranate Plunge. It was so good I dont even know if I want to try the other flavors. Overall I had a great experience I definitely will be back.

When I ordered I asked for a kind ceaser wrap with no tomatoe and they made it with tomatoe. The whole time she was making it she was talking to her friends and I just paid $12 for a soggy wrap with the one thing I asked to not be on it.
