We went looking for some soup and a sandwich to please 4 adults and 3 children. Switches did just that. The variety of sandwiches were great. The ones we chose tasted great. Staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. There was also a good variety for sides and sodas. Our children liked the PBJs on tortillas, they were very full though and that made them sloppy! I will ask them to go light on it next time. All in all, wonderful experience. Would recommend and plan to visit again.

One of the best places in Traverse city to eat :) Fresh salad bar, 2 soups daily and the BEST smoothies ive had made with real frozen fruit not the fruit sludge from other places lol Go there a couple times a week at least :) Though there are some employees that dont seem friendly or like they care about you at all :( Dont know what to say about that but despite that i go back

Food was greasy and the vegetables and meats are old and processed. Not good quality. The owner argued with us because we didnt like the sandwich and wanted a refund. The owner of all people tried to argue with his customers In front of the whole deli. Working in the hospitality industry for more that 4 years, an owner should never act that way to a paying customer.

This place is fantastic. I highly recommend the Phoenix and the Broomstick. I always get them as salads instead of sandwiches but my coworker says the bread is awesome. The service is always fast and friendly and they carry my favorite brand of green tea, Teas Tea.

Really nice selection, quality, and flavor. We thought the kids would really enjoy the PB+J quesadillas (check name) but they were swimming in Grape Jam which made them unappealing. Everything else was top notch.

Great small sandwich shop. Their Dirty Bird is the best sandwich Ive ever had! Their prices are a bit more than youd expect, but the staff if awesome and they have an amazing variety of goods.
