The most ghetto place Ive ever been. Ill be going out of my way to go somewhere else from now on. 1st I got double charged for some makeup, because their Walmart Pay said it wasnt working so I paid cash, but when I got out the door it showed up that it did go through. When I went back in with BOTH receipts and the makeup the idiot accused me of trying to steal in front of all 3 of my kids because SHE didnt know how their companys app worked. I even tried to nicely explain to her how it worked and what had happened, but because she wanted to be racist about the situation - she just didnt want to listen. Instead she continued to accuse me of trying to steal in front of my kids until I finally spoke to her the way she spoke to me... Then all of the sudden management shows up to find out what is going on. What do you know she was wrong, but was not made to apologize. I had to turn around to her in front of the management team and say "Dont you think you owe me an apology in front of my children?" Then I go in their with my kids this last time and a fist fight busts out with a customer and a member of customer service.... I MEAN REALLY???!!! There were other customers kids crying because they were scared, people (including myself) standing at registers not getting any help... If I cld give it no stars I would. Stay out of there, because mark my words its only a matter of time before someone gets shot INSIDE THE STORE!!! Someone needs to close that place down. I live right there, and I will be going out of my way to go to another Walmart for groceries now. That GM should be embarrassed to be the GM, the district manager should be horrified, the regional manager should have his/her foot up all of their asses with disciplinary action, and corporate should be looking into relocating that store, or closing it down before they get into big trouble.

Stupid busy..service desk os insane ONE assoiate is completely a bad business move. No manager available and 3 people ahead of me in customer service line. The young lady who deserves a salary and has ability and intelligence to run that entire place...and should.., was double checking an international wire gram, had ZERO HELP THE ENTIRE 45 MIN I stood in line to pick up a 2 min walmart to Wal-Mart money transfer. Had to "checkout"the out of control patrons who refused to use the plethora of open lanes to checkout. This store needs a firm attentive management group and more capable employees like the young ladyblast nite wish I knew her name. Get it together wal mart it would be a shame to be assiciated to this cluster f**k

Sucks for the white people, we are not allowed in the black line and once it was clear we still couldnt switch over bc she went out to smoke right outside the front window but not before her and the other cashier started bad mouthing us w other customers. The customers telling her dont worry about them followed by her saying aint my problem! Meanwhile lines are jam packed and it took 45 mins to check out bc we were expected to wait while two old women went back after eggs but were able to cut back to the front . Even the self checkout was only doing lines for credit no cash and the lady there was rude as well. It was clear around here, if you white you aint right.

This Walmart NEVERRRR has enough lanes open. EVER. This is the only grocery store close to this area and its like they purposely dont hire enough staff to work here. It is by far the worst neighborhood Walmart Ive ever visited. And the checkout process is never easy. They should either hire more people, or just close at a certain time altogether if they cant handle the number of people that need to shop here. This is a horrible excuse for a "neighborhood" store.

Hood-mart should be the name on the building. Anytime you are greeted by a sheriffs deputy, you know you are walking into a mess. The staff could care less. The self checkouts are almost always broken or malfunctioning. They refuse to open more than 3 checkout lanes even with 20+ customers per lane. Rarely do you find a variety of items available... Avoid shopping the first and last weeks of month and any time between 5 - 9 pm

I will not ever shop at this store ever again. ..yes typically rude ghetto and distasteful but theres more than that. Theres the promise of someone being rude to u theres the knowledge that you mean so little to them that theres no need to ever shop there again. I have sworn off walmart because of this store and I wish someone would burn it to the ground. With the cashiers and managers inside

The employees are rude the cashiers are ghetto and always rude. The aisles are always stocked with boxes and never anyone moving them. And dont get me started on the customer service line... HORIBBBBLEEEE one time i waited in line for 45 min and when the person in front of me was called they said they "aint taking no more checks" TRIFLING! yes i wass madddd

I cannot stand this store after 3pm or on the weekends. Extremely long wait and the self check outs are card only most of the time, but they will not put up signs. You wait through the line and then see it on the screen for yourself or are told so by one of the cashiers. Ive just quit going altogether, and use the Emerson and Fall Creek store.

It is a small "neighborhood" store. With that in mind this is a large community. This store is not perfect but it is sufficient for what it is intended for. I have been treated well by other customers and staff. Maybe because I gave what I wanted to receive and did not expect 3 minute drive thru service. Just saying...you get what you give.

This Walmart is terrible. Its dirty, hardly and produce, and isles barely have any food. They were also labeled wrong. The store was a mess and not an employee to be found. They only had a few registers open when there were tons or people in line. Save yourself the extra trip and go to another Walmart this one is trash.

Ive never had a issue with this store and I shop here often to get quick items after work for dinner. ---Always Clean --- never a long wait in line ----and plenty of cashiers unlike most Wal-Marts. Most ppl who give this place negative stars are people who have a stick up there a$$.

The worst freaking walmart i have ever visited !!!! I live down the street and would literally rather drive an hour away to go grocery shopping, with that being said the staff are rude and unprofessional. I am amazed they are still opened for business!!!

Everytime we go there they are packed with only 1 to 2 cash registers opened. I feel they have all the cash registers in stores for a reason put them to use. Have less employees in the back and walking round the store and more on cash registers!

This is the dirtiest Walmart in the United States. The floors, the walls everything. The shelves were empty. The entire store smelled of vinegar or something close. I had to stand in a long line to self check out. Never again.
