The food was excellent quality, fresh and tasty, and adequate serving size. The wait staff is friendly and polite, but frequently forget to serve the potatoes or veggies. It takes over 40 minutes to bring out the food. Last night they lost a customers order slip- and probably the customer. I like Coney Island and want it to succeed. They really need a good Point Of Sale computer system, instead hand-writing everything on an order slip. And maybe a policy of free ice cream if you have to wait more than 30 minutes for your food?

floor. Who im guessing was the owner, she was down right rude. Some wait staff seemed to preoccupied to notice i was standing at the counter. Also didnt know you allowed people to check Facebook while they worked. Worst service! Will not be returning nor will i be recommending anyone here.

I almost gave up calling them and asking if they had gyro meat because my answer was always no. Its listed on their menu for $5 and is supposed to come with chips. The last time I had to ask for the chips and today I didnt get chips and I was charged over $6. Ill never go back again.
