Stacks a fantastic locally owned family restaurant offering a menu that has something for everyone, even Greek cuisine, as well as daily specials Their pricing is very reasonable, the food is deliciously prepared, and they make their very own soups and salad dressings. For large groups they do offer a nice big banquet room, that is available by reservation only. Nice roomy booths, or table seating by host/hostess. Wonderfully polite and friendly sevice, and the coffee is great. Clean kitchen and restrooms. I consider this to be New Castle Indianas absolute best family style restaurant hands down! Whether it be breakfast, lunch, afternoon dessert and coffee, or dinner, be sure you visit this place while you are in town or traveling east or west on I-70 (its worth the minutes long drive north off of the Interstate), you will not be disappointed.

This is hands down the best place for breakfast! Especially all day! They have gluten-free menu options too which is good because Im allergic! Its the only place I know that has the most options around in that department. Eli, the owner, always has a smile on his face and from what I can tell tends to remember everyone that comes back more than once. This place has come a long way since the original building a few years ago. I love it here and so does my family! Great place to be. Very comfortable. Youll find yourself losing track of time from just sitting and relaxing.

This place is the most comfortable restaurant I have ever been in. The owners are brothers and our magnificent guys. I havent even got to the food. I cant think of a more budget sufficient place to have breakfast or lunch or dinner. All the food is spectacular great for your taste buds. Thanks Stacks I am a loyal customer for life. I will bring my wife here anytime she wants whether it be our anniversary or Christmas. I absolutely love this place.

the owner hires illegal mexicans to cook and allow them to smoke in kitchen, also treats his waitresses like crap and cusses them in front of customers. i was a customer and was appauld by the manner in which he talks to his workers, and over heard him tell his cook to stay in kitchen and not come into dinning room because he will get caught. if you eat here then you support the hiring of illegal workers who take away americans jobs.

Terrible place to work owners are cheep they pocket so much money that should go others and when cooks drop food on the ground they pick it up and cook it still and fried chicken is never cooked all the way, you might see what you see when walking in but its not a good place from behind the curtain

We were greeted by "Liberty" and the Declaration of Independence on the wall. Great start to an excellent breakfast. We ordered the Country omelet and biscuits and gravy to share as we werent that hungry. We still had to take some home. I recommend the omelets for sure. Amazing food!

Love this place! Great staff and great food with lots of variety from Greek to American fare and breakfast any time... and the best desserts in New Castle! Never have had anything here that wasnt great - and lots of food for the money! Just ccant say enough good things...

Great family friendly restaurant. I really liked the gyro sandwich. The sandwiches are served with homemade soup and coleslaw. My favorite soup is on Wednesday which is the broccoli and cheddar. They have a great selection of desserts too. Highly recommended restaurant.

They have a huge menu with a variety of difference kinds of foods. They are always busy, but Ive never had to wait long to be seated or to get my food. The staff is friendly. The facilities are always clean. Its a great local restaurant that I enjoy visiting.

Pork chops were super dry, overcooked. No dinner roll provided even though it was listed on the menu as coming with my selection. The chicken soup was pretty good though. This was on mothers day, so perhaps the food is normally better.

The guy who sat us was nice. The waitress had no personality. Not a huge pancake eater, but it was artificial syrup. From the deserts behind the glass I could tell they were a prebought/heat up type place, nothing made from scratch.

We were in town for business and ate lunch at Stacks. We normally get sick when we eat out but not this place! There food was better than Bob Evans or Dennys and the service was perfect and accommodating! Very great experience!

My favorite restaurant was a big disappointment today. I have always loved their fried chicken, but today it was served dried out and cold. Not sure what has happened, but will not be going there for Sunday dinner anymore.

A family member and myself ordered eggs. They were bad. Owner insisted that none of their food is bad, and always argues with customers whenever there is a complaint Never had a good experience here. Wont be going back.

We have all types of meals. All the way from Greek meals, Mexican meals, good ol burgers, and the best part BREAKFAST ALL DAY :) The atmosphere is great, and the servers are there for you. Hope to see some new faces :)

This used to be my go-to spot every time in Newcastle. However, recently the quality is dropped off significantly. The service remains wonderful. Breakfast still a good thing. Hoping to hear reports of improvement.

Great food and a great atmosphere! Service is usually fast, even when they are busy. Avoid eating here on Sunday unless youre okay with huge groups - its a very popular place for the church crowd.

Ordered the skillet and it was full of potatoes not much gravy or other. They gave my husband the wrong order. Biscuit tasted like fish!!!! Not worth the money or the trip
