My husband and I go here a lot. There are a few Taco Bells in Dothan and this one is our favorite. They get your food ready really fast! If you order online (like we do most of the time), be sure to leave as soon as you press that "Order" button because it will be ready by the time you get there! Sometimes, they dont always get the customizations right, though, which can be disappointing (IE. no tomatoes, add sour cream, etc.). The location is very clean and modern looking. Its a great place to go if youre a student - the have nice bar areas with lots of outlets and a lower seating area that is good for hanging out.

horrible customer service. messed up order, I called and they said i could come back and get my order the next day and that they "wrote down" my name. came the next day, cashier said theyd be right on it. guy behind me got his food before me. when I asked about it again the manager seemed like she had a pissy attitude and wrote "void" on my receipt for some reason. they gave nothing for the inconvenience. by far my worst fast food experience ever.

Nasty! Slow! Holy heck what is wrong with this place? Always the slowest drive thru in Dothan and now the food is even gross. Literally you can go to a local mexican restaurant, sit down, order, and be served your food in less time than this drive thru. I almost chipped my tooth on a piece of "rice" and the chicken tasted day old stale.

The worst taco bell I have ever been to. The food was horribly disgusting and over done with sauces. Presentation was the worst. Everything was slow and out of order. They should not be in business in my opinion. Nasty nasty!!!!!!

weak on the new triple double, couldnt find any meat second layer and only a little on bottom layer. Not good. I also complained on tiny meat on taco. Check when you get your order.
