High-energy Deplorable
So I was hungry and pulled up to this place as I saw this advertisement for the new Chicken Parmesan plastered on a large window. I walk inside and see the same Chicken Parmesan sandwich on their indoor electronic menu. I order it and the lady tells me that they do not sell it. Shes also rude in the way she says it. No "Sir Im sorry but this location doesnt sell that item" just a "we dont sell that here". I inquire about it and why they should sell it since there is TWO advertisements about it; one on a window outside and another on their menu inside. She asks her manager but doesnt say anything and looks lost and confused. This was absolutely horrible and Im not coming back to this place again.

Child seats havent been clean in who knows how long... crumbs galore and a dead ladybug all faded white are just some of what youll see in the child seats. No kids toys in the kids meals. They were out apparently. Of course they dont tell you. The asst manager was king enough to offer a cookie or ice cream cone. No apple slices or apple sauce either. All out of both of those as well. Surprisingly the expiration dates on the kids chocolate milks were good so theres a plus.

The staff that was there including Arieha the manager was working really hard to meet all the needs of the guests at lunch. The restaurant was busy and she did a super job directing staff and keeping the dining room clean. We will be back during her shift again.
