My daughters surprised me with an Ube birthday cake on my birthday. I was very surprised since I didnt know about Red Ribbon Cake Shop. The cake was awesome! Most of our friends had never tasted an Ube cake before and they were pleasantly surprised. It was the best cake theyd ever had. Some even said that they didnt normally like to eat cakes but confessed that if everyones cake tasted like this one, they would always want to have some. Thank you Red Ribbon! I know Ill be back.
