The food is good, but the service is horrible. I had the worst experience with a waitress when I was trying to place an order. I had attempting to place the order with her over the phone which Im assuming thats the reason that they have a phone but she told me that they were too busy. When I went on to ask her if that meant that I would not be able to place an order over the phone she pretended that she cannot hear me and hung up. I had to call back again and speak to a manager to get my order placed. I just felt like that was completely unnecessary to mention to me seeing as I am also a customer just like the rest of the people that were sitting in the restaurant. What made it worse for me is that when I actually got to the location there werent that many people there. Very poor service the worst Ive ever had at any restaurant in my life and was disrespected by both the manager and waitress , will never eat at any Perkins ever again in my life waited over 2 hrs to get our food why we watched the rest of our party eat, we told them we didnt want it after the wait , even the rest of our parties orders were wrong missing sides on multiple orders , had to ask waitress 5-6 times just to get silverware nobodys drinks were refilled at all . They said they were busy but there was only about 8 other people total in the store ,the manager was too busy doing school work had it all laid out on counter have pictures to prove it , very dissatisfied with our service ,I never write reviews but this really got under my skin my mother in law was care flighted we were over 2 hrs from home hadnt ate anything all day been up for 24 hrs , had to wait until cafeteria opened at hospital to eat 4 hrs later , beware the restaurant was very dirty and the workers were unpleasant , would give zero stars if that was option

We went to eat here with our two young children. After finishing our lunch we went to the parking lot only to find our windows smashed in and our belongings stolen. We spoke to the staff inside who offered no help and simply ignored our situation. Another visitor in there eating came out and helped with everything while we called the police. Beware if you eat here. We were parked in plain sight and it was the middle of the day. The staff did not seem surprised when we told them and they do not have cameras in their parking lot.

My order my daughter brought to hospital for me....My Steak had mushrooms never get them on any of my food ,and it was so tough I couldnt eat it much less cut it with plastic silverware ..my scrambled eggs not cooked well done as asked. Couldnt tell you about my biscuts and gravy coz they forgot to give them to me overall very sad experience The One they closed in London Ohio did an awesome job compared to Rome-Hilliard Rd Columbus Ohio this early Morning

Food is good and service too. I get annoyed when I drive all the way there to place an order to go and its 11:47pm and says they are open until midnight but yet the doors are locked and nobody is to be seen inside at all as if theyve been closed for a while. I bet the owner wouldnt be happy as I know I wouldnt. Was 24hrs place until recently. Maybe they need new clocks. Either way its very rude and frustrating to have hours that they dont follow.

They have vegetarian options you can say you dont want meat on the item and they will bring it to you. Also it is great for small children. They offer coloring sheets and crayons and chocolate milk. It is very friendly staff and the wait is not bad. My mother, I, and my son waited about 15 minutes for our food to come.

The food was good, the server was nice, and the price was moderate. However the restaurant is falling apart, the window behind our seat was leaking from the rain and there were several other buckets catching leaks around the place. It doesnt take a genius to know that where there are roof leaks there is mold.

Was visiting Ohio from Indiana for the super fest concert. Found Perkins by accident but definitely satisfied that we did... Was pleased to find that it had great service friendly atmosphere and would definitely recommend to my family and friends ! Thank you Perkins Restaurant in Columbus Ohio.

The iced coffee was absolutely disgusting. They do give you a good portion of food, but its not that good. My scrambled eggs tasted weird and was cold, the bacon was overcooked, and my hasbrowns were severly undercooked. The Belgian waffle was good though. I wont be coming back here again.

Great menu! Friendly place. Large portions and a huge variety that is customizable. The pie! You can go there anytime since its open 24 hours - thats amazing! And everytime Ive been there everything on the menu has been available, so breakfast at 2am!

I love this place, love the service, love the food. No matter how busy the mornings are, they get you seated fast and the food is always on point. My personal favorite server is Rose!!! Ask for her and your sure to be treated well!!!!

The food was mediocre... and the prices were insanely high, definitely way higher than they should have been for the food. The coffee was awful. The only reason Im giving two stars instead of one is because the waitress was nice.

Slow service. Waited an hour for food. And it wasnt even busy. Mint Sweet tea is the best Ive had for a while. Sunny side up eggs barely cooked and tasted like soap. Lemon blueberry pancakes were good and so was sausage links.

Took my girlfriend here today for valentines day and the food was amazing.the young waitress wasnt on key, but all for all the experience was wealth worth the visit. Will definitely come back .... I love you amanda phillips...

Great food. Had the peach cobbler Belgium waffle and it was delicious. Eggs and bacon were good, too. Bacon was extra crispy, but not burned just as I ordered. People were very friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

Decided to try Perkins and it was quite good. Didnt expect much from looking at the outside but the food and service were outstanding. This is now my favorite breakfast place and Ive tried all the chains and several others.

Had not been to a Perkins in a long time, so we decided to visit. Breakfast all day is nice, and there is great variety in the menu. Only drawbacks were there condition of the restaurant, and higher than expected prices.
