My husband I recently went to try out this Thai Rest since we had a coupon in the Entertainment Book. We both love Thai food!The place was empty which made me a bit reluctant. Upon getting an order of spring rolls, which we felt was pricey, we were pleased. Than came our order. I ordered Pad Thai (my fav) with veggies. I asked what veggies they had and picked the ones I wanted. She came back TWICE to confirm because she didnt want to make a mistake since I was pregnant. When my order came, NO EXAGGERATION, it smelled like a kennel. I kept gagging and had to push the plate away. I am 8 months pregnant and my sense of smell is very strong and it didnt smell fresh or "right" at all. Not only that, the veggies I requested were opposite of what I ordered. I started eating anyway (small bites) and it was horrible. My husband got the Pad Seewe and he stated it was "soupy." We rated this restaurant a 1 out of 10 and we have NEVER done that. Horrible food! Do not even bother and they dont even give you enough. So far the best Thai weve had at a family joint is Bangkok Cafe on 15 Mile and Ryan. And you get a soup with a nice portion of food!

We are going back to the Bangkok Bistro today. Our first visit was very pleasant, with complementary hot and sour soup to start, excellent spring rolls, hot tea, and Pak Prik as an entree. The wait staff was very efficient and cheerful. One suggestion though; the lighting could be a bit brighter than it is.

Ive only had their food once but I would rate it as average. I ordered both of my platters mild and they were quiet spicy in my opinion. The noodles were overcooked too. The lunch portions are very generous. Each platter could easily feed 3 people.

I have been eating here for the past three years and have never been disappointed. The Pad Thai is the best for me. Awesome fried rice!! The service is great. They have new owners since three years ago so dont pay any attention to older reviews.

We had a nice lunch because the restaurant was friendly servers, relatively clean, with good food. Some of the silverware was sent back but the food was good.
