I normally have pleasant experiences at Panera. This was an exception. First they didnt have the tablet ordering kiosks. Second the bathroom was gross, it smelled like an outhouse and seemed over 90°. Even after confirming they made my sandwich on the wrong bagel. Only the light roast coffee was less than an hour old. Some of the other varieties of coffee were close to 2 hours old. The one redeeming factor was the smoothie my girlfriend ordered, it tasted great.

I travel a lot for work so I go to many Panera resturants. The one in Marion Ohio is not up to par. They are the first Panera Ive ever seen to not have Sweet Tea. The French baguette that I was given with my soup was simply what was left of the loaf, about 3 inches of bread. On top of all that I had to search in the cabinets below the drinks to find lids and napkins. Food was still good Panera food.

Unfortunately they made many menu changes that I dont care for. The addition of pickled onions on many sandwiches is awful. Still good food but portions seem to be smaller. We dont dine there as much as we did.

Once again, Panera does not disappoint. Food was prepared quickly and the quality is what I have come to expect. Prices are reasonable. The portions are common sense sized not super sized. Just right.

Great location with plenty of parking. Very fast service and always greeted with a smile every time I come in. Also I suggest you order four cheese souffle early in the morning.

Awful. Service was weird. The guys at the prep counter were having a disturbing conversations. Received a microwaved grilled cheese sandwich, yuck. Coffee was fine.

Its a Panera... pretty standard... the food is good and the people are really friendly. So nothing to complain on that aspect. Good place.
