Worst, worst experience ever. Called for delivery. An hour and a half later I called the restaurant where the guy was rude, and told me the delivery driver was in my parking lot and that he tried to call me twice. I called him three different times, while waiting in my parking lot. The story changed each time from the delivery guy was there, to he had car trouble when he took two orders out, etc. I was so angry. He continued to tell me no one ever complains about their company and I had to remind him that I had been complaining for the last hour, having to call him back three times because he was not calling me back ask promised. I told him he had horrible customer service skills. I demanded for him to not charge my card. He promised to recredit my card. Ten minutes after the delivery guy left he called me and told me not to tell his manager he was calling, but that he was pretty sure they would recredit my card. Its been a week and still have not been refunded.

Normally they were OK. The woman taking the order messed it all up. Upon getting home and checking things I realized I had duplicate items. I ordered general tso chicken and Sesame shrimp, I received only 2 general tso. I called to see what they could do as I was already home. Instead I got a lecture about how the woman read it back to me and thats the order. Then she offered to have me pack my food up bring it back and do an exchange?! Really?! Why not just credit me for next time that would make logical sense. But no, pack it up and return it for an exchange. This is food were talking about not clothes. Absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of common sense and lack of business ethics. She then hung up on me. Never will I frequent this Chinese food restaurant again. Theyre petty and the customer must always be wrong. Wow.

The food was pretty good. I was staying at the hotel 5 minutes away from the restaurant and hadnt eaten since breakfast, so i was looking for anything close. I didnt want a burger so I decided on Chinese. I called it in. 15 mins after arriving the food was ready and was hot. The plate was even wrapped in plastic wrap to keep the heat in and any leakage. I appreciate that. I always order General Tso chicken the first time I eat at a new chinese restaurant. that is a common meal that usually tastes the same anywhere you go. it was good and hot (not spicy). The dinner even came with fried rice, unlike some of the other chinese restaurants these days. The egg roll wasnt that great tho.

1st id like to say..when I called to place my order they were friendly as heck!!! I dont know why other reviews say they were rude,because they were far from that! Also My food came in a fair amount of time for a delivery..it was like 40 minutes. So that was excellent! As far as the food goes,it was okay. The portions were good not a tremendous amount..but again fair. My sesame chicken could have used more sauce and the rice was a bit dry but overall the taste alone it gets like a 3.5 out of 5 & the Service was a 5 star but the food wasnt all that. Im so glad that they delivered though cause I didnt wanna leave the house. Praise the lord for delivery!

It is one of my worst experiences. I ate it four years back and decided that I wont eat here again. But I thought, may be they have changed, a new management or something, so why not try again. But not only the food was pathetic, also the employee attitude towards customer was horrible. They have a large delivery base, but people sitting in their own offices have no option than to eat their greasy and horrible food. I have seen the good Chinese food and mostly when I eat out, my first preference is Chinese. They are just menting money and dont care for quality and customer Care.

Alot of the negative reviews are about delivery, guess that is why they recently stopped although when we ordered delivery it always arrived on time. My girlfriend and I order here quite a bit and have loved everything we have tried. Best thing about this place is for dinner (about $8 each) the portions get us almost 3 meals worth of food, great value. I have had better Chinese food in the area but it cost almost twice and we got less food, so this has been are go to place when stuck deciding where to eat. Also the Crab Rangoon is amazing at this place.

I love China city for the delivery option. Its hard living a mile away without a car, having the option for it to be delivered is a plus. The only thing I have an issue with, is the spice level of the food that is suppose to be spicy.... it lacks it. So if you want it to burn your tongue you might want to double or triple up the spice. But overall the food, service and delivery is great (:

After waiting two hours for them to deliver food that I ordered online from their website, I drove to their location. I found a piece of paper hung on the door stating they were on vacation. Im so glad they didnt stop collecting peoples money from online orders while they left! I bet they are cashing in on all those online orders.

Staff are friendly and the food comes out quick. I really love the coconut shrimp combo plate. A lot of chinese restaurants dont serve this and the buffet restaurants do coconut shrimp poorly. I enjoy it here and eat it each and every time. Portions are plentiful. The bbq pork is pretty good too and i liked the bbq sauce.

Put in an order online, forced to "register" (no option for guest orders). Arrived at 9:30PM on a Thursday, and the current schedule says they close at 10PM on Monday - Friday. Naturally, theyd closed early. Went to Chinatown Express in Southfield instead.

Never again. Told the woman I cant have shrimp and to make a vegetable one. She tells me if I dont like it I can go somewhere else. Once I asked to refund my money her whole mood changed. Very unprofessional, never again

I wanted to get some food delivered it came to 11.76....min delivery chrge is 12..they refused to deliver...told me even if the total came to 11.99 still wont deliver.i live behind walgreens...hmmmm you be the judge.
