The food is usually as good as you can get from a fast food sandwich shop. The real problem is their delivery. I called and ordered lunch at 11:15 am. My lunch just now arrived at 12:38. 8 minutes after my actual lunch time is scheduled to be over. When I called to place my order the gentleman who answered the phone asked to put me on hold for about 5 minutes (his actual words). I reluctantly agreed. Our phone call ended at 11:25 exactly with the company quoting me 40 to 45 minutes. To deliver me a sandwich and soup?? Okay.... Ill wait as they have already took my card number. However waiting for over an hour and a half from the time the order was placed is unacceptable. They will never receive an order from me again!

Really disappointed. $6.00 for a wimpy and flavorless sandwich. It has like 1 layer of meat and nasty cheese. The bag of chips you get is small and its only filled about 25%. Updated Nov 2013: I sent an email to corporate and they responded immediately, plus mailed me $10 in free food. Apparently I had a trainee that screwed up the order. Went 2 more times and each time was great.

Not impressed at all. I specifically asked if there were seeds in any part of the sandwich I ordered because I cannot have seeds and the manager told me there were NOT. Shortly after eating the sandwich I was doubled over in pain and found out there were many seeds in my sandwich but so little that I couldnt see them. This was my second visit and not impressed either time.

1 hour and 5 minutes for my food was attempted to be delivered. 25 minutes pat the delivery time. Didnt even get a phone call to say they were running late. Food is good but not when delivered past lunch time. Last time I order form there

Quality ingredients, creative sandwiches, delicious soups. That is what this place represents to me, and before I forget you can eat there without costing you an arm and a leg. Personally I love the Spartan, but they make a mean PB&J <3

Starting to become a regrettable decision ordering from this establishment. We once upon a time ordered frequently, but after several incorrect or incomplete orders in succession, it looks like we are going to back Jimmy Johns.

Amazing food, gluten free options (celiac safe!) and knowledgeable staff! I love the bread and I always have to get some gluten free loaves to bring home to Illinois for when I need a fix.

Great sandwiches and soups! Great service. Most of all, they have GLUTEN FREE ROLLS for sandwiches and my Bride can eat one if their great sandwiches! And the Tomato Basil soup is GF!
