Sandwhiches come with meat and cheese, owner Told me to add a side to my sandwich. So I asked for cold slaw then owner complained saying hes never put cold slaw on sandwhiches before. Said he could give it to me as a side and I could put it on myself... I told him the other pot belly in Berkley did it for me and he said he didnt care... But if I wanted to make my own sandwich I would have just went home... Right? Makes sense. So then we received our food and the owner made the sandwhiches. We still thanked them for trying their best even When no effort was made. My husband and I reached home and bit into our sandwiches to find only ONE peice of meat and ONLY ONE PEICE OF CHEESE! He literally only put 1 peice of meat on the sandwich and 1 CHEESE.. All that we could taste was cold bread that he did not grill properly. This pot belly was by far THEE WORST potbelly I have visited. Customer service and unprofessionalism from this location

Terrible customer service, I walk in and first thing I notice is an employee shoving her face with food!!!!! Disgusting! Secondly the guy who took our sandwich orders (3 tkys & a Mediterranean) wasnt a clean cut guy, but also made me and my husband feel as if we were being rushed, he kept asking was that all for us today?!! As we pay for our food which I feel was Decently priced the cashier girl was rude as ever when asking what we ordered and I didnt know what the turkey sandwiches were called(tkys) she had sharp artificial witch nails and they definitely fit her personality. Although our experience here was rough, the food was very good and were warm & toasted with a great amount of toppings. I probably wont return to this location but I cant see myself traveling to the one on telegraph or Troy just to get a sandwich when I live by Great Lakes crossing. Im rating one star because of the food, like I said IT WAS was very tasty.

The service alone made me rate this location this low. The food was OK, but not worth the $7 I paid. I can get an entire footlong at subway with way more on it for the same price. The service was awful, they all couldnt have looked more inconvenienced to be working. There was no one in line with me and only one person in the drive through and people were standing around and only doing one sandwich at a time. Had they all been working I would have been in and out not waiting 10 minutes for a sandwich and a cup of soup that requires no preparation at all. I also overheard an employee say there was no more of something and to tell customers they were out because she didnt want to make more. I was a first time customer and will not be returning. I have also told my family not to go as well and will say the same thing to anyone who suggests it. This has not been open long and I would expect great service. I guess I was wrong.

Disregard the previous comment "food handling training needed," it is not against OSHA law and regulations to wash hands after handling money and before putting on gloves... I am a restaurant owner and feel the negative representation was invalid regarding potbellys and therefore should be discarded... If your going to throw a negative comment out, you should make sure what you think is true, actually is! As for my meal, pretty good, compare to Quiznos, whose locations failed around me so resorted to Potbellys!

Horribly disappointing. Barely 3 slices of thin meats, no toppings included, ordered a wreck bigs. Never have I been ripped off like this. Not even worth 2$ let alone 10$. Pathetic, boycotting franchise dont care if its just this location. Every time I go to one of these they dont give me whats on the menu. So great place if you like bread for a sandwich thats prepared wrong and getting overcharged for it. Absolutely terrible.

Food handling training needed. My sandwich was prepared by two employees who were handling payments just before food prep. Neither washed thier hands as required by OSHA. Employees should be handling food OR monetary transactions, not both simultaneously. Although they both put gloves on before touching the food, you must clean you hands before touching the gloves! This is basic OSHA procedure.

This is a yummy little spot. Flavors, consistency, and texture were really good (bread was a little hard, cut the roof of my mouth). Bummed they didnt have plain banana peppers for an Italian sub. Chips were good. IBC Rootbeer is the bomb. Price is reasonable, same as any sub shop. Customer service was OK. Overall, good experience.

This is one of the better Pot Belly locations in the Metro. Plenty of staffing to keep everything moving at a good pace. The parking lot is a bit odd and very difficult to get out of if you are going south on Baldwin or trying to get back onto Brown road to east but not impossible.

Good food but the employees seemed a bit distracted. It was my first time at a potbelly so I was unfamiliar with the ordering process & there wasnt any signs or anything that indicated where to start or what to do. The employees werent very informative either

Half-assed sandwiches. They are small and relatively cheap but the vegetables were complete mush even though I ate the sub 2 minutes after it was made. Mush tomatoes are bullshit.
