I have visited this restaurant on several occassions and each time the service has been excellent. The staff are courteous and helpful. I am frustrated by comments I often see about "teenagers" being the only staff working. Wake up people! This is fast food place paying minimum wage. Who do you expect to be working here?? Furthermore, the young people here are sharp and hard working individuals getting their first work experience and doing a fine job in my opinion. The food is very good as well. I usually get the burrito bowl which is generously portioned. My girlfriend gets the quesadilla which is also generous and prepared well. Keep up the good job Hot Head!!

This place isnt so much about the food as they are about the community. Being a PHS alumni myself, when in HS, I would constantly see that Hot Heads was sponsoring some sport event, some local event, etc. They really care about their community, and do their best to get involved. As for their food, well... Its actually pretty good. Its nothing extraordinary, although if youre trying to decide between Chipotle and Hot Heads, chose HH, they have very large portions, for a very affordable price. Would recommend to anyone.

It was okay, best part is all the different sauces but its pretty much a little blander then the competition. Ill go back for sure but ill have to really watch the staff making the food. They were very young and none of them were communicating to eachother so our food was kinda just slopped together and very messy. I dont want to wear my dinner, kids. All in all ill go here if its closer then a Chipotle.

i used to frequent this place every so often.. good portions for the money.. the last few times ive been here the food was just ok.. the service not very good i got waited on by a very young man with a bad attitude who acted like he didnt want to be there.. i had to ask him multiple times to speak up.. also the lady behind me had to ask him too..

This place is so darn good. The chicken bowls are the best. The cook the chicken breast fresh daily and the seasoning on the chicken is to die for. The give you so much food no matter what you get. Its clean and the people change alot I believe mostly because of school/college so for the most part very friendly also.

Hot Head is an Ohio based burrito shop, so it feels good to go local. The best thing for our family, is that you can choose between regular or spicy versions of the meats - which my wife loves! They have a great selection of different sauces to choose from, and the employees are quite friendly.

I love love Hot Head Burrito overall. I eat there very frequently. I like it better than Chipotle! I love the sauces and I think everything is tastier and well made. I also love that they have frequency cards. I have filled and used one! I have never had bad service either!

An alternative to Chipotle with unique sauces. You need a pretty good idea of what it is youre getting to choose a sauce and a lot of combinations dont work, after all they arent wings but you choose so ultimately, if you dont like it thats on you.

For the price, the food wasnt worth it. If theyre trying to be an alternative to Chipotle, they fall short. They need to increase their food portions or lower their prices. Also, they need more help during the dinner rush.

Love the soft shell tacos and burritos with the sweet habanero. Minus one star because some of the servers are in such a hurry they just slop stuff on. Only happened twice in many visits, but still.
